QLD Registration How To:Step 1: Go to the QUT website https://theibisarmy.wordpress.com/registerandpay/ and click on the link to Register with Hockey Queensland (Step 2).

Step 2: You will be presented with this Log-on screen.

Click on Forgot Password. Enter the email address that you used to register last year, your profile has been transferred over to the new system so you do not need to create a new account. I repeat DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. If you cannot remember which email address you used previously or that account no longer exists please contact wcc.quthockey@gmail.com. Once you have received your email confirmation please follow the link to change your password and Log-on.

Step 3: After logging in you should see your name available for selection. Select it then click Next.

Step 4: Please fill in your basic details and select which positions you are registering for, then click Next.

Step 5: You will then be presented with a number of registration options; some are mandatory (the Hockey Qld player registrations) and some are optional. PLEASE

NOTE: You MUST register for the appropriate BWHA/BHA and QUT registration options as well as the mandatory Hockey QLD options. In this example Test One is a female grass player so she has selected the BWHA – 2019 Senior Grass Only and QUT – Women’s Grass. The system will only display the options that are most relevant for you, i.e. only the ladies will see the BWHA options and the men will be shown the BHA options. Then press Next.

Step 6: You will then need to fill in some additional information. Once complete please press Next.

Step 7: The next screen will present a summary of your registration selections. Please ensure you have picked the correct ones as this is your last opportunity to make any changes. Once you are sure it is correct, click Proceed to payment.

Step 8: You will have the option of paying via Credit Car or PayPal, fill in your card details or select Pay with PayPal to be redirected to the PayPal login, then press Pay Now. Once complete, an email summary and invoice will be sent to your listed email address.

You are now registered! If you are a parent or guardian you can also register your child through your account by selecting a new person at the very first screen. If you have any questions or problems please email wcc.quthockey@gmail.com.
