Bidding Options

What if I want to bid on something, but can’t attend the concert? You can still participate by placing a Bid-By E-mail.

We would like to allow SMS patrons that cannot attend the concert to bid on our awesome items, also. You may place a Bid-By E-mail by contacting dianejohnsonkansas@gmail.com before 10 am CST on Tuesday,

October 30. To place a Bid-By E-mail, you will need: The item number , the starting Bid-By E-mail bid, your maximum bid amount. Only items that have a Bid-By E-mail starting price may have an e-mail bid placed on them. You will also need to provide a Maximum bid price, or the maximum amount that you would be willing to pay for the item. If there is no retail value listed, all bids will be started at $20. If the maximum bid amount placed via Bid-By E-mail has not been reached, the silent auction bids sheets will be increased by $1 increments until either the auction is completed (thus, the person placing the Bid-By E-mail wins the auction item) or the maximum bid has been surpassed. All Bid-By E-mail winners will be contacted on Wednesday, October 31, and will need to pay by cash within 3 days. If the winner fails to pay, the next highest bidder will be notified and given the opportunity to purchase the item at the last bid price they entered.

Buy-It-Now

What if I don’t want to wait for the bidding process to take place or you need to leave the concert before bidding has been completed? If there is an item that you just MUST HAVE you can use our Buy-It-Now process. To buy an item, using Buy-It-Now you will pay the full retail value. For example, if you wanted to purchase a $25 gift card, you would use the Buy-It-Now option and pay $25 for the card. This ensures that you will “win” the item and don’t have to keep checking back on the table or wait until the table closes. Buy-It-Now is not available on all items. Only those items with the Buy-It-Now tag may be purchased with this option. Buy-It-Now may not be used along with the Bid-By E-mail process.
