Template is set up and all that is needed is to insert Pictures in the “picture box” place holders.

1. SELECT PLACE HOLDER

2. SELECT > FILE > PLACE > SELECT THE PICTURE YOU WISH TO INSERT.

3. ONCE PICTURE IS INSERTED IT MAY SEEM DISORTED. SIMPLY SELECT PLACEHOLDER > RIGHT CLICK > SELECT FITTING > SELECT FIT CONTENT PROPORTIONALLY

4. REPEAT UNTIL ALL PHOTOS ARE SELECTED AND INSERTED.

5. FILE > EXPORT > SELECT FILE FORMAT (FOR WEB – .JPEG OR .GIF FILE EXTENSIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE)

PUBLISHER FORMAT (.PUB) Medium Graphic Level::

PUBLISHER format is good for those “who know enough to be dangerous with graphic design “ Works with most or all PC’s and most computers come with Publisher already loaded on their programs.

Template is set up and all that is needed is to insert Pictures where blue placeholder* GUIDELINES. *Blue place holders must be removed before saving final output of image.

1. BLUE PLACE HOLDERS ARE SIMPLY GUIDELINES TO KNOW WHERE TO PLACE AND WHAT TIME YOUR IMAGES NEED TO BE.

2. INSERT > PICTURE> SELECT YOUR PICTURE YOU WISH TO INSERT.

3. DEPENDING ON SIZE OF IMAGE ONCE IMAGE IS INSERTED YOU SIMPLY RESIZE THE IMAGE TO FIT THE BLUE PLACE HOLDER GUILDELINES. SOME ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE NEEDED ON THE PHOTO. RIGHT CLICK IMAGE AND SELECT FORMAT PICTURE AND ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.*After each picture insert simply select the BLUE placeholder guideline and delete it (or your logo will have blue lines appearing in final product)

RIGHT CLICK IMAGE AND SELECT FORMAT PICTURE AND ADJUST ACCORDINGLY (cropping, sizes etc.) . WORD IS NOT A GRAPHIC DESIGN PROGRAM SO WORD IS THE ONLY IMAGE SOURCE THAT WILL SLIGHTLY DIFFER FROM ACTUAL LOGO. ONLY SLIGHTLY.

4. REPEAT UNTIL ALL PHOTOS ARE SELECTED AND INSERTED.

5. TAKE A SCREEN SHOT OF YOUR IMAGE IN PREVIEW MODE.

6. SELECT FILE > PRINT PREVIEW > * PC USERS PRESS Alt-PrintScreen

7. PASTE THE SCREEN SHOT IN A PREVIEW MODE TO SAVE IN JPEG FORMAT.
