Knowledge & Experience

Strong knowledge of Work Order Management

Processes and the concepts of Planning and

Scheduling.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and

procedures, as well as industrial maintenance and

electrical concepts.

Ten (10) years' previous experience in an industrial

maintenance or industrial electrical environment

preferred.

Previous experience with employee labour

scheduling system a strong plus

Experience of continuous improvement/QA/lean

manufacturing methodology and implementation as

well as proven Project Management/Quality

Systems/Asset Care/Installation experience

Training & Education

Minimum Level 3 qualification in a manufacturing

related mechanical/electrical discipline, e.g. advance

apprenticeship, NVQ 3, Mechanical/Electrical

NC/ND C&G Mechanical/Electrical and Electronic

technical certificate.

Qualifications / Experience gained in an electrical

engineering background

productive relationships with the production teams,

the production engineering teams, and site
