Inviting a presenter as a guest to the Humber Tenant:

When the guest is invited to a team through Humber, they will receive this email:

They'll need to click on Open Microsoft Teams

The guest will get a notification that they don't have an account. Click 'Next':

The guest will need to create a password for the account:

Next, the guest is be prompted to verify email by entering a code sent by Microsoft:

Verify email with code looks like this... Guest will need to copy and paste that code to verify.

Once the code is entered, they'll be prompted to fill the CAPTCHA and hit next:

Next is to review and accept Permissions:

After accepting they'll get prompted to download the Teams Desktop app:

When they're prompted to sign in, they'll need to use the email and password they created the account with:

They are now a guest in the Humber Teams tenant:

At this point the live event can be created and the guest invited. When the guest is invited to the live event, they'll receive this email:

The guest will need to click on 'Join Live Event' to join as a presenter:
