Ideas to modify regulation Starting point for PCPs/ PPIs might be a higher number of CSAs
better opportunity to identify a joint need possibility to start state of the art analysis as early as possible earlier exploration of the market more elaborated decision on which procurement instrument to use
good to have open call (thematic-wise) more likely to have a bigger number of proposals
have the same funding rate for every call and topic e.g. Secure Societies (SC-GM03-2018-2020): 70% funding – not attractive
enough to have any proposal – consequently rejection of calls for 2019 and 2020
coverage of coordination and networking (personnel costs, travel costs, others) too low to fulfill all project requirements (e.g. the entire tender procedure is more time-consuming than doable with the foreseen/ available budget)

ask the PO to reject the existing one for better documentation of project progress also after official deadline of deliverable
o all partners should have the permission to read all project documents uploaded to the portal
