This is an Online Laboratory which offers Instructive Simulation and Animation to demonstrate the various complex functions in diverse areas of science, especially Chemistry, Physics and Biology. Real lab scenarios are captured through live demonstration of the experiment so as to assimilate information on the procedures and lab equipment. Simulations are made interactive using various authoring tools, thus recreating and simulating a real lab environment.

It is a game based on the television reality series Survivor where each student or team of student advocates for one part of the

eukaryotic cell (plasma membrane, various organelles, cytoskeleton) stating reasons why the cell needs their part so much it shouldn't be "voted off". Students should be encouraged not to simply repeat textbook descriptions of what their part of the cell does, but also to explain what will go wrong without their cell part. In the wrap-up for this activity, the teacher discusses first how all the parts of a cell depend on each other to accomplish the activities of life.
