Human was born with suffering. The human suffering has both physical sufferings and mental sufferings. Which the physical sufferings are pain, ache, hunger, thirst, cold, heat, tired, and illness, Etc, which happen with body. Which the physical suffering is suffering that occurs naturally. No one can escapable. It was only possible to mitigate suffering temporarily. Which the people who have enough knowledge of the body were practice able palliation.

As for the mental sufferings is the sufferings of our mind that happened in present, including: grief (or sorrow), gloomy, sadness, oppressed, grudge, worry, dismal, dispirited, anxiety, woe, tautness, weariness, annoyed and not ease, etc, are suffering which happened from our mind imagines (‘creating’ of mind) up by the ‘most ignorance’ (means don’t know the true of the nature that should know that there are no true us) of itself. So if we can stop the ‘creating’ of mind by the ‘most ignorance’. The all mental sufferings will not happen. But the problem is we were unable to stop the ‘creating’ of mind by the most ignorance, because we have not correct knowledge about the practice for stop the ‘creating’ of the ignorant mind.

Concluded the current suffering of human have 2 manners, namely the physical sufferings and mental sufferings. Which the current mental suffering of human is the enormous problem for all men. If we can be alive by without all or have minimum mental suffering, it means that we get the most worth or most benefit that the human should have already. Which the Buddha happens into the world for teach humans to get the most worth or most benefit. Means for teach the humans know methodical practice for extinguish suffering of the mind in the present.

The teaching 2 level All the teachings of the Buddha are two levels namely,

basic (moral) and advanced. Which the moral total to sum, abstain to do evil, to do good, such as, to be not infringe others lives and property, abstain: temptation; drugs; liquor; intoxicant, live simply, not use luxurious thing, economize diligence, patience, honesty, forgive, assist others, and recognize compensate patron of fathers, mothers, grandfather, grandmother, kin, teachers, a country, animals, plants. Etc. Which the moral is teaching for teach who have little knowledge, as villager or children.

Results of moral is usual happiness, if most people in society have moral, society will calm and if most people practice moral, the world will have peace. By moral requires faith to practice. If without faith, there will be no practice. Which the moral’s teaching have in all religions of the world. Which now the moral’s teaching of Buddhism have teachings of Hinduism or Brahmanism, which teach about of physical reincarnation, Karma and result of Karma after dead, hell at underground, heaven on sky, and the angels, fairies, etc, to mixed or adulterate by Buddhist unconsciously. Which most the Buddha would not teach moral, because cannot used

for practice to extinguish suffering of mind, and also there are many teacher of moral.

The most teachings that the Buddha taught is advanced teachings. Which it to be teaching about practice for extinct suffering mentally in present by use scientific principle, which called “The 4 Noble Truths". Which the advanced teaching requires consideration greatly and needs to be serious practice, therefore happen actual results. Which the advanced teaching only for those who have basic knowledge of science is sufficient, as scientists, thinkers, writers, students in university, etc. Not fit for the average person, because they have not enough basic knowledge of science. Therefore the following we will study advanced teachings about only the practical for extinct suffering.

The basic principle of Buddhism Before study about practice for extinct suffering of the

Buddha, we need to know the basic principle of the study before. Then study correctly, if we do not know the basic principle, the study is wrong, when the study is wrong, it makes wrong practice, when the practice is wrong, it makes suffering is not decrease or real

extinction. Which the principle of teaching about practice for extinct suffering of the Buddha is resemble science principle. Namely,

๑. มงตรงสการปฏบตเพอดบทกข คอเร�จะศกษ�เฉพ�ะเร องก�รปฏบตเพอคว�มไมมทกขเท�นน จะไมศกษ�เร องอน ทไมเปนประโยชนแกก�รปฏบตเพอดบทกข

1. Straight aim into practical for extinct suffering. Means we shall only study about the practical to without suffering. We will not study about it is not useful to practical for extinct suffering.

๒. ศกษาเฉพาะสงทเรามอยจรง คอเร�จะศกษ�จ�ก ร�งก�ยและจตใจของเร�เองในปจจบน ขณะทยงมสตสมปชญญะ และคว�มทรงจำ�ดนเท�นน เร�จะไมศกษ�สงทเร�ไมส�ม�รถรบร หรอสมผสไดในปจจบน

2. Special study what we actual have. Means, we shall study of our own bodies and minds in present, while we have yet sensible and good memories only. We shall not study what we cannot to sense or touch it in present.

๓. ศกษาโดยใชเหตผลจากสงทเรามอยจรง คอเร�จะใชร�งก�ยและจตใจของเร�เอง ทเร�มอยจรงในปจจบน เพอคนห�เหตและปจจยทปรงแตงใหร�งก�ยและจตใจเกดขนม� เพอใหเข�ใจถงคว�มจรงสงสดของชวตทเปนประโยชนทสดสำ�หรบชวต

3. Studies by use reason of what we actual have. Means, we shall use our own body and mind in present, for to find cause and factors that ‘create’ body and mind to happened, for to understand the ultimate truth of life which most useful for life.

๔. ศกษาอยางเปนระบบ คอเร มศกษ�จ�กพนฐ�นกอน แลวแตกกงก�นส�ข�ไปอย�งเปนระเบยบ รวมทงมหลกก�รทมนคงต�ยตว และมจดหม�ยทชดเจน (เหนไดจรงในปจจบน)

4. Study systematically. Means begin study from basic before, then to branches by order. Including have stable fixed principles and have a clear destination (see real actually present).

๕. พสจนกอนเชอ คอเร�จะไมเชอ คำ�สอนของใคร หรอทฤษฎใด ว�ถกตองหรอเปนจรง จนกว�เร�จะไดพสจน หรอทดลองปฏบต จนเหนผลจรงอย�งแนชดกอนแลวเท�นน

5. Proof before believe. Means, we will not believe the teachings of anyone or any theory that correct or true, up to we shall proven or tested until see real results explicitly only.

สรปหลกพนฐ�นพทธศ�สน�กคอ ปลอยความคดใหอสระ ไมมความเชอ“ และศกษาจากรางกายและจตใจของเราเองในปจจบน” ถ�เร�ปฏบตต�มหลกพนฐ�นนอย�งเครงครดและจรงจง เราจะสามารถคนพบคำาสอนทแทจรง เรองการปฏบตเพอความไมมทกขของพระพทธเจาได โดยไมจำาเปนตองเชอใคร หรอเชอตำาราใดๆ แตถ�เร�ไมปฏบตต�มหลกพนฐ�นนอย�งเครงครดและจรงจง เร�จะไมพบคำ�สอนทแทจรง เรองก�รปฏบตเพอคว�มไมมทกขของพระพทธเจ�ได

To sum up, the basic principle of Buddhism is "Let thinking to freedom, no belief, and study of our own bodies and minds in present", if we follow this basic principle strictly and seriously. We are able to found the true teachings about to practical for extinct suffering of the Buddha, by need not to believe who or believe any textbook. But if we do not follow the basic principle strictly and seriously, we will not found the true teachings about to practical for extinct suffering of the Buddha.

เรองทผเรมตนศกษาไมควรศกษาเมอเร มตนศกษ�เร องก�รดบทกข พระพทธเจ�ไดกำ�หนดหลกเกณฑเอ�ไวว�

ไมควรศกษาเรองทไมควรศกษา ซงเรองทไมควรศกษ�มอย ๔ เรองคอThe stories which beginners should not study.

When starting to study about extinct suffering. The Buddha has fixed principle that, should not study the story which should not study. Which the stories should not study, they are 4 namely.

๑. เรองทเกยวกบพระพทธเจาและพระอรยะทงหลาย เชน มจรงหรอไม? หรอเปนอย�งไร? เปนตน

1. Story relating the Buddha and noble person. Such as, is there true or not? Or how are they? Etc.

๒. เรองทเกยวกบสมาธสงๆ เชน มจรงหรอไม? หรอส�ม�รถทำ�ใหเกดเรองเหนอธรรมช�ตไดหรอไม? เปนตน

2. Story relating high meditation. Such as, is there true or not? Or can it make supernatural or not? Etc.

๓. เรองทเกยวกบกรรมและผลของกรรม เชน มจรงหรอไม? หรอเปนอย�งไร? เปนตน

3. Story relating Karma and result of Karma. Such as, is there true or not? Or how is it? Etc.

๔. เรองของชาวโลก เชน เรองกำ�เนดโลก เรองโลกเทยงหรอไมเทยง? เรองต�ยแลวไปไหน? เปนตน รวมทงเร องท�งวตถและเร องของช�วโลกทไมเปนประโยชนแกก�รศกษ�เพอดบทกข

4. Story relating the people of the earth. Such as, the origin of the world. The world is permanent or impermanent. Where are we go after dead. Etc. Including the story of subject and human that is not useful for the study for extinct suffering.

ส�เหตทพระพทธเจ�ห�มผทเร มตนศกษ� ไมควรศกษ�เร องทง ๔ นกเพร�ะ เรองพวกนไมเปนประโยชนแกการศกษาเพอดบทกขเลย อกทงยงจะทำาใหเกดความเขาใจผด หรอมความเหนผดจากความเปนจรงของธรรมชาตอกดวย และเมอมคว�มเข�ใจผดหรอมคว�มเหนผด กจะไมส�ม�รถปฏบตเพอดบทกขอย�งถกตองได ซงในปจจบนการศกษาพทธศาสนา จะมงเนนศกษาในเรองเหลานทงสน จงทำาใหเปนการศกษาทผดพลาดมาตงแตเรมตน แลวกทำาใหเกดความเขาใจผดตอคำาสอนทแทจรงของพระพทธเจา แลวกทำาใหไมไดรบประโยชนจากคำาสอนทแทจรงของพระพทธเจาอยางทกำาลงเปนกนอย

The cause which the Buddha forbade the beginners should not study the 4 stories, because these stories are not use for study for extinct suffering. Including it yet causes misunderstanding or wrong opinion from true of natural also, and when there is a misunderstanding or wrong opinion, it will cannot practical for extinct suffering right. Which in present the studying of Buddhism will focus to these all stories, therefore, this make the studying has mistake from the very beginning, and this cause misunderstanding about the true teachings of the Buddha, and made we do not get benefit from the true teachings of the Buddha as in present.

สงเร องก�รดบทกขของพระพทธเจ�น จะไมสอนใหเชอกอน แตจะสอนใหเกด

ปญญากอน เมอมปญญาแลวความเชอกจะเกดตามมาทหลงไดเอง ซงหลกคว�มเชอของพระพทธเจ�นเรยกว� หลกกาลามสตร (พระสตรทสอนแกช�วก�ล�มะของอนเดย) ซงสรปไดว�

The belief principle of BuddhismBuddhism is religion that teaches to use wisdom lead

belief, mean advanced teachings about extinct suffering of the Buddha, will not teach to have belief before, but will teach to have wisdom before, when there is wisdom already, the belief will happen later by itself. Which the belief theory of the Buddha call Kalama Sutra (Means teaching which teach the Kalama people of India), which summary that.

กระฉอน๔. อย�เชอว�เปนคว�มจรงเพยงเพร�ะเหตว� มการบนทกไวในตำารา๕. อย�เชอว�เปนคว�มจรงเพยงเพร�ะเหตว� คาดเดาตามสามญสำานก๖. อย�เชอว�เปนคว�มจรงเพยงเพร�ะเหตว� คาดคะเนตามเหตทแวดลอม ๗. อย�เช อว�เปนคว�มจรงเพยงเพร�ะเหตว� การตรกตรองตามหลก

เหตผล๘. อย�เชอว�เปนคว�มจรงเพยงเพร�ะเหตว� เขากนไดกบความเหนทเราม

อยกอนแลว๙. อย�เชอว�เปนคว�มจรงเพยงเพร�ะเหตว� ผพดนนดภายนอกมความนา

เชอถอ๑๐. อย�เชอว�เปนคว�มจรงเพยงเพร�ะเหตว� ผพดนคอครอาจารยทเรา

นบถอ

1, Do not believe that is true just because listen from others.

2. Do not believe that is true just because telling continually from olden.

3. Do not believe that is true just because notorious rumor.

4. Do not believe that is true just because record in book.

5. Do not believe that is true just because guess from common sense.

6. Do not believe that is true just because calculate from circumstantial causes.

7. Do not believe that is true just because consider by logic.

8. Do not believe that is true just because coincide with our opinion before.

9. Do not believe that is true just because teller have credibility.

10. Do not believe that is true because teller is our respectful teacher.

เมอเร�ไดเรยนรคำ�สอนใดม� กอนอนกใหนำามาพจารณาดกอนวามโทษหรอมประโยชน ถาเหนวามโทษ รวมทงผมปญญาและมใจเปนกลางตเตยน กใหละทงเสย แตถาเหนวามประโยชน ไมมโทษ รวมทงผมปญญาและมใจเปนกลางไมตเตยน กใหนำามาทดลองปฏบตดกอน ถาลองปฏบตเตมมาตรฐานแลว ความทกขไมดบลงหรอลดลง กใหละทงเสย แตถ�ทดลองปฏบตดแลวบงเกดผลเปนคว�มดบลงหรอลดลงของคว�มทกข จงคอยปลงใจเชอ และปฏบตใหยงๆขนตอไป

When we study any teaching, the first to consider that it has crime or beneficial. If seen it has crime, including impartial Wiseman reprobate, to waste. But if we see that there was beneficial and no has crime, including impartial Wiseman not reprobate, taken before try practice. If we try practice the standard full, the suffering is not extinct or abates, then abandon it. But if the suffering is extinct or abates, therefore believe consequently and practice more and more the next.

ส�เหตทพระพทธเจ�สอนว�อย�เชอจ�กทง ๑๐ ขอนน กเพร�ะคว�มรทเร�ฟงม�จ�กคนอนนน เร�กไมรว�มนเปนคว�มจรงหรอไม, สวนคำ�ลำ�ลอนนเปนก�รกระทำ�ของคนโง, สวนตำ�ร�นนกอ�จถกแกไขเปลยนแปลงใหผดเพยนกอนทจะม�ถงเร�ได, แมแตเหตผลกอ�จผดได เพร�ะถ�เหตของมนผด ผลมนกจะผดต�มไปดวย, สวนส�มญสำ�นกของเร� ทเปนเพยงคว�มรสกธรรมด�ๆทไมประกอบดวยปญญ� มนกอ�จหลอกเร�ได

The causes which the Buddha taught do not believe of 10 items, because the knowledge that we listen from other people, we do not know that is true or not. As for the rumors, it is an act of folly. As for the book that could be modified to distort before it come to us. Even reason it might be wrong, because if the cause is wrong, the results would follow be wrong. As for our common sense, it is just common sense which not comprises wisdom, it may deceive us.

As for the opinion that we had before then, if it is wrong option before, by we do not unaware, when someone comes to speak resemble our opinion, it make we believe that the our option is right, and it will make we have wrong option that the same. Even the ones that we see outside be reliability, if he has wrong opinion by unaware already, and we believe him, we shall have also wrong opinion follow him sudden. As for the teachers of our own as well, if he has wrong opinion by unaware already, and we believe him, we also will have wrong opinion follow him sudden.

This theoretical belief is the most important that help we discovered that what teachings are the true teachings of the Buddha, and what teachings are not the true teachings of the Buddha. And also the theory will help us free, or do not enslave anyone's intellect, even the Buddha. So we

must bring the Buddha's theory into practice strictly, we will discover consequently the true teachings of the Buddha. But if we neglect the theoretical beliefs into practice strictly, we will not discover the true teachings of the Buddha.

Which when we shall study the life and practice for extinct suffering, we need to study from our life or mind, and then we shall have enlightenment and can extinct suffering consequently. Like extinguish heat, which we must extinguish at the fire that caused of the heat, the heats

actually disappear consequently. But if we extinguish at other, how the heat will disappear?

Reading books about the life and extinct suffering, even as the book is correct. But if we do not interest consider of our own lives really. It will not cause enlightenment about life, and suffering does not actually extinct. Even if the book is wrong, which taught about distant or out of our life, (Such as, about rebirth after death of body, hell and heaven as place, and the angels as person etc, which it is bogus or mix in the teachings of Buddhism in present), that we cannot prove or touch actually in present, or never have in our memories, it's even far to achieve enlightenment about life, and away about extinct suffering.

Must dependent oneself

There is one important principle which who study must understand, that is the Buddha taught to dependent oneself, means we must dependent oneself in to listen or read, think and must be practice by oneself fully, then will happened real results consequently. But if we do not dependent oneself, means listening or reading, then believe it, buy without consideration until have understanding, and the practice was also ask ‘hallowed thing’, such as: Buddha image; teacher; or a sacred object etc, help to succeed. It would not fruition actually. Because if we depend on others make to lack understanding and experience. Means there are no both patience and wisdom, which it is a property of who that should to enlightenment. Therefore, we must dependent oneself only, not be dependent on anything else, then will make our study and practice to success consequently.

When we hear from telling of others, or read from book, if the knowledge is correct, we just remember there are people tell such as, or a book has recorded such as. But when we bring the remembrance to consider for seek reason, will become right understanding consequently. And when we bring the understanding to prove or practice until our mind sews real result, then will become enlightened consequently.

If we listen or read, if the knowledge is not right, although we have to consider, we shall do not understand, or may be a misunderstood. And although we bring the misunderstood to practice, it will be wrong practice, which the wrong practice would not make enlightened or may make wrong opinion. Or even if we will listen or read the right knowledge. But do not be consider for seek reason, we would not understand. Or even if we will listen or read the right knowledge, and consider for seek reason until have understanding already, but if we not bring it to practice, it would not to be enlightened as well.

อรยสจ แปลว� ความจรงอนประเสรฐ คอหม�ยถง ความจรงทมประโยชนหรอคณคาสงสดสำาหรบมนษยทกคน เพร�ะคว�มจรงนจะชวยใหผทเข�ใจ ไดมปญญ�พเศษ สำ�หรบปฏบตเพอไมมคว�มทกขอย�งถ�วร หรออย�งนอยชวยใหผปฏบตมคว�มทกขลดนอยลง

Suffering is the biggest problem for all men, if we can live without suffering all life, it as we get topmost useful by restricting to be a human. Which The Four Noble Truths of the Buddha is knowledge to help us to get the topmost useful by restricting that a man should to get. Therefore, the study's most hurriedly and most important of all human beings is study to know The Four Noble Truths.

Open suffering have various symptoms include : grief ; sorrow ; dejection; to feel oppressed ; worry ; uneasiness ; an ardent mind ; tenseness etc, Which expressed as weeping, wailing, madden (lose consciousness), and cheerlessness etc, if there is too much it will make want to die for escape suffering.

All these signs of open sufferings to happen with: the suffering of the body (such as hunger, thirst, fatigue,

ache, exhausted) ; the old of the body ; the ill health of the body ; the death of the body (known be dying) ; To separate from person or thing that we love or satisfy ; To encounter person or something that we hate or fear or be resentful ; and hopeless (When we want anything, but to be not satisfied). Which in the past, we ever experience all suffering and may be happening in present (or now), include also it was waiting for us in the future.

The most horrible suffering is suffering of death that sooner or later in the future, it must happen with our life certainly, although who would have how much wealth; or how much honor; or how much distinguished; or how much authority, they must to die. These things cannot help mental to liberation from suffering from death. The contrast, the mind which attach with pleasure in these things, it make have severe increasingly suffering, when will must die and separate these things.

If anyone can die by without mental suffering even a little, it equivalent he was very lucky the most. Which the knowledge of the Buddha's Four Noble Truths, to can help human liberation from suffering from death. And when the true knowledge of the Buddha's Four Noble Truths are already available, we should not underestimate, we

should study early for when death comes, we will have no suffering, or less suffering. But if we underestimate, and do not early to study, it is too late, because when death comes, we cannot escape from this most horrible suffering.

The secret suffering is the feel torture or suffer hard, which hide in all happy. Means while we are happy or we are satisfied, our minds feel : torture ; an ardent mind, worry, uneasiness, to be heavy of heart, hide in side, we needs to noticed it, then to be found consequent. Which the people who do not understand would not think that this is suffering, because it has happy to wrap suffering. But it feels equivalent open suffering.

Which there are both open suffering which easy to see and secret suffering which difficulty to see, which we must know the two suffering correctly, follows the reality of nature, particular secret suffering, which people generally do not think that is suffering. If we unknown the secret suffering correctly, we would unknown the suffering that the Buddha taught correctly, when we unknown suffering correctly, we will unknown the cause of suffering, the extinguish suffering, and the way practice for extinguish suffering correctly.

What are the causes of suffering?All this suffering, the Buddha taught that, it have caused

from our own mind. Means, what outsiders are not the real caused to make our mind have suffering, because all natural things outside is as such as. But the cause makes our mind have suffering, because our minds wants to outside things follow as our wants. Which when it is possible, as we wants (satisfaction), we would not have suffering. But nothing will be as we want it forever. So when something does not follow as we want. (Not satisfaction), we will be sad or suffering instantly.

สงทจตอย�กจะใหเปนไปต�มคว�มอย�กกไดแก : อยากมรางกายเปนหนมเปนสาว, อยากหลอ อยากสวย, อยากมชวตทสขสบาย, อยากมสมมรรถภาพทางเพศ, อยากมรางกายทแขงแรงไมมโรค, อยากมคนหรอสงทรกอยดวย, อยากรำารวย, อยากมเกยรต, อยากมชอเสยง, อยากมอำานาจ, อยากมชวตอย (ไมอยากตาย), อยากไมมปญหา, อยากหนคนหรอสงทนาเกลยดหรอนากลว, อยากสมหวงในทกเรอง เปนตน สรปแลวกคอ อย�กมคว�มสข อย�กไมมคว�มทกข (ไมอย�กมคว�มทกข) นนเอง

What the mind wants to be follow as wants, include: wants body is young, wants handsome, wants pretty, wants have comfortable life, wants have efficacious sexuality, wants have a healthy body without disease, wants with who or thing is lovable, wants rich, wants have the honor, wants to be famous, wants had the authority, wants be alive. (Do not wants to die), wants do not have problems, wants to escape who or something be ugly or horrible, wants have all accomplishment. Etc. The conclusion to wants have happy, wants have not suffering (don’t want suffering).

And when an external stimulus (such as, know the lover is leave), the sense of self will more intense and become, “attachment that there is self" (or “attachment that there is me”) came up suddenly (as, to be happen attachment that there is me which our loved ones have leave) and when there is that "attachment that there is self" (or me), the suffering variously of the mind that came up with: the torture of the body (such as hunger, thirst, fatigue, pain), old of the body, dead of bodies, the separation of a person or thing that satisfy, to be faced with a person or thing that is not satisfied, and the discomfiture, etc, It happened violently suddenly.

The maximum Nippana is the maximum cold of mind that to be feel tranquility (not heated), calm (no struggling),

clear (not trouble), fresh (not depressed), bright (not cloudy), light (not heavy), comfortable (suffer easily) which happen from our mind without mild suffering even slightly. Which the maximum Nippana this may occur naturally, sometimes our mind peace and not struggle because there is no external actuate any suffering to occur, such as any period of life is not a severe external to urge and we are in a quiet environment, such as forests, hill, river, rivulet, sea, etc, our mind will calm, cool, or maximum Nippana equally naturally. But if our mind have concentration (From ever practiced it before) and wisdom (The wisdom is knowledge that "there is not real us") simultaneously, our mind will maximum Nippana easily.

Because the happiness is a feel satisfied, which it cause satisfaction (or want to get), which the satisfaction of mind it cause feel agitated, struggling, anxiety, depression, heavyhearted, fatigue heart, torture, etc, came up with it. Which these symptoms are symptoms of secret suffering, which occurred with pleasure into happy.

not want to do), but to relax in the shade and cool. Whether we are want or do not want to have to carry heavy loads in hot sun. It feels heavy and hot as well. So the resting in the shade and cool is better certainly.

Which it may occur spontaneously, or arising from the practice of The Four Noble Truths (namely meditation and wisdom) of the Buddha. As for the permanent Nippana, it must be the practice of the Buddha's Four Noble Truths very seriously and actively continued for a long time, our mind will have permanent Nippana, (without suffering all life), which the permanent and maximum Nippana is the highest goal of Buddhism.

Include will also have new habit is the correct knowledge (wisdom) occurs instead, then it will make the mistakes that “there are us” and the “attachment that there are us–our”, including suffering do not come back happen again permanently. (Means lifetime)

But if without the precepts (Even just one), although we have wisdom already, (Because have understood that correctly, "there are no real us") the mind would not have concentration, when the mind no have concentration, it makes the mind have not consciousness to bring wisdom to use. When have not the wisdom, the mind would be foolish (Because there are the wrong knowledge that “there are real us” happen to cover mind) when the mind foolish, the foolish makes feel that “there are us” and the grasp that “there are us”, including suffering to happen instantly.

Just we have intention to practice seriously of act of body and speech correctly. We would have precepts with own, by without the need to rely on anyone. Which the precepts we all can practice. Because it is not contradictory or opposed to our usual lives at all. Means although we are people of any races or any religion we can practice the precepts by not conflict lives and religious beliefs that we be respect. Which the precepts will make our lives have happy normal, when our lives have happy normal. It makes our practice for extinct suffering to happen right and completely.

Which the wrong concentration is symptoms of the mind focus at the thing which make suffering, example, sex or the thing which make angry or fear, etc. As for the right concentration is symptoms of the mind focus at the thing which not make suffering all time, example, breath, the thing which is not sex and the thinking which make wisdom, etc. By the right concentration have character 3 kinds, namely.

๓. เหมาะสมกบการนำามาใชงาน คอ มคว�มออนโยน ควบคมง�ย มสตตลอดเวล� มคว�มสขมรอบครอบ มคว�มจำ�ด และคดไดละเอยดลกซง

1. Pure, Mean without Kilese (passion) and Nevon (mild passion) that cause suffering.

Kilese and Nevon are enemy of concentration or what makes mind no have concentration. Kilese mean dirt or what makes mind dirt. (The Kilese sometimes called Tanha mean want). Means normal our mind clean or pure before, but when the Kilese happened, (From ‘creating’ of mind by there is outside things to urge) it will dirt (or not clean or not pure) instantly, but when the Kilese disappear, the mind will comeback clean or pure again, when the Kilese happen newly, then the mind will dirt newly, to be continual, till we shall can destroyed the origin (Means habit of Kilese that will happen again, which impress in subconscious) of it permanently (from the practice of wisdom, precepts, concentration rightly and perfectly), the Kilese will not comeback happen again permanently. Which the Kilese have 3 major symptoms namely.

๑. พอใจ คอ ยนด, ตดใจ, รก, ชอบ, (ถ�เรยกว�ตณห�กคอ คว�มอย�กไดสงทใหคว�มสข อนไดแกก�ม�รมณ,วตถ, เกยรตยศ ชอเสยง และคว�มอย�กเปนอยในสภ�พทมคว�มสขเชนนตลอดไป)

๒. ไมพอใจ คอ ยนร�ย, โกรธ, เกลยด, เบอน�ย, กลว, (ถ�เรยกว�ตณห�กคอ คว�มไมอย�กไดสงทใหคว�มไมสข อนไดแก ก�ม�รมณทไมด, วตถทไมด, คว�มตำ�ตอย ดอยเกยรต น�อ�ย และคว�มไมอย�กเปนอยในสภ�พทไมสขน)

๓. ลงเลใจ คอ ยงตดสนใจไมถกว�จะพอใจหรอไมพอใจ (คว�มลงเลใจยงไมเปนตณห�)

กเลสหรอตณห�นเอง ททำ�ใหจตเกดคว�มยดถอว�มตวเร�ขนม� แลวกทำ�ใหจตเกดคว�มทกขทรนแรงขนม� สวน นวรณ หม�ยถง สงปดกนจตไมใหมสมาธ โดยนวรณนจะม ๕ อ�ก�ร อนไดแก

1. Satisfaction. Namely: pleasure, fixity, love, like. (If call Tanha namely wants to get the thing that give happy such as: perfect sensuousness, perfect material, and honor or celebrity and want to be in happy condition forever).

2. Discontent. Namely: not pleasures, anger, hate, weary, fear. (If call Tanha namely does not wants to get the thing that give unhappy, such as: bad sensuousness, bad material, humble or shameful and do not want to be in the unhappy condition)

3. Waver. Namely: yet not determine to be satisfied or discontent. (The waver is not yet Tanha).

The Kilese or Tanha is the cause ‘attachment’ that there are us happen up and makes suffering severe mental up. As for Nivon means the thing that block mind from concentration. Which Nivon have symptoms including 5 namely.

Nivon is mild passion to cover our mind almost throughout the day and makes our mind have mild suffering example irritability, annoyed, dull, dim, not calm, not fresh, and not clear. Etc, almost throughout the day. When our minds have mild suffering, it do not have concentration and when there are external events (stimuli) touch the mind, it makes Kiles with severe suffering happen suddenly. Which this indicates that the Nivon is the first evil that covers our mind almost throughout the day. Which the practice to extinct suffering by Buddha's Four Noble Truths summarize "have consciousness careful mind to without Kilese and Nivon up all the time," which the consciousness continually made mind have concentration, and when the mind have concentration, the Kilese and Nivon will be stop or extinct (Even temporarily)

The way practice concentration simply As usual, we had some concentration, but are not

enough only. Such as when we intended listen teacher or intended to be read, we will have concentration up automatically. Which the way training concentration directly can be done by the intention to do, to says, and to thinks of our own, or in our one's daily tasks. Or who can be trained indirectly by the way of the instructor, such as training took a breath of the body, or gaze the object, Etc

The training took a breath of the body. Usually we can use any posture. But if just started practicing should used posture seat. Because the posture seat was have concentration easily than others posture. As for the training methodically are we must intend concentrate at breathing of our bodies over time. Do not try to concentrate what other external bodies. And try not to think about other story to make Kilese and Nivon happened. The training took a breath of the body we may use count methodically our breath continually until to calm. Or recite a short word while we are breathing for was conscious all the time. And when our mind without Kilese and Nivon, Including have consciousness for so long, our mine will have concentration up.

If the mind do not calm, try use way think consciously (means think to be words were intended and to be listened too) by intend think slowly with short sentences while exhale but while inhale stop. (Or think while inhale but while exhale stop), which the thinking should be a cause of wisdom or good knowledge, such as about impermanent, conditions suffer, and about there are not us or about working or learning or about remind oneself or about teaching The Four Noble truth, etc.

This training make mind lead have concentration easily. It also would be wisdom together. We will observed that our mind have concentration or not, by observed from our mind calm or not extravagant, (means without Kilese and Nivon) and there is no the struggles of the mind, included happy peacefully. And also our mind will have consciousness at all time. Which when the mind without Kilese and Nivon, it will not have suffering slightly. When the mind without suffering slightly, it will have maximum nirvana, when the mind have maximum nirvana, it show that the mind have concentration perfectly.

The meditations have many levels, which primary level is intended to be very vigilance to not occur of Kilese and Nivon, include also have ‘calm happy’ and gladness. As for the higher level does not a lot of to be vigilance Kilese and Nivon, because skillfully, and the gladness is gone, it have the ‘calm happy’ only. As for the higher level, it would have not ‘calm happy’. It will have maximum calmness, and when the mind have maximum calmness, the maximum Nippana will appear.

Conclude the concentration we can train by ourselves, by intended focus of one right or good thing to continue for a long time, we shall have concentration up. But we must to be a good life is fundamental already, therefore we will train the mind to have right concentration. As for the higher concentration than that of a fixed focus one till there is no recognition of other things, which do not necessary, because this concentration just enough to be used for extinct suffering.

The methodical practices to permanent Nippana

When we practice concentration until have reached the maximum Nippana appears, it indicates that the mind no have suffering. This is indicates our practice is right, but it is only temporary. Because if the concentration is disappear, the Nippana will disappear along with it. Because our subconscious is still have a lot of habit of Kilese and Nivon. So when there is external stimulation to urge seriously (Example when to know lover leaved) and our mind still have slight habit of concentration, it will makes Kilese happen in our mind whit suffering immediately. But although yet not have external stimulation to urge seriously, it yet have Nivon happened to covered our mind almost throughout the day, it causes mind have soft suffering almost throughout the day, and it makes the maximum Nippana not appear, it just have primary Nippana only.

แตถ�เร�จะมก�รปฏบตปญญ�และสม�ธ (โดยมศลศลเปนพนฐ�น) ไดอย�งตอเนองเปนเวล�น�นๆ จนทำาใหนสยของกเลสและนวรณทฝงอยในจตใตสำานกของเรา หมดความเคยชนไปอยางถาวร พรอมทงความเคยชนของปญญาและสมาธกจะเกดขนมาแทน กจะทำ�ใหจตของเร�ไมกลบม�เกดกเลสและนวรณพรอมทงคว�มทกขขนม�อกอย�งถ�วร (คอตลอดชวต) และนพพ�นสงสดกจะปร�กฏขนม�ในจตของเร�ไดอย�งถ�วร

But if we are practice the wisdom and concentration (by have precepts to be base) as continued for a long time, until habit of Kilese and Nivon which impress in our subconscious to lose permanently, include habits of wisdom and concentration will happen instead, it makes our mind will not return to happen Kiless and Nivon, include suffering again permanently, (Means lifelong) and the maximum Nippana will appear in our mind permanently.

The ultimate rule of nature The word wisdom of Buddhism means knowledgeable

Which about for extinct suffering is the Four Noble Truths, by the heart of the Four Noble Truths (or wisdom) summarize, understanding in the three basic characteristic of all things of nature. By the most important basic characteristic is Anatta (non true self) of all things, by the most important thing that we should know to be Anatta this is body and mind which suppose call "me" or "self of us". Therefore concluded the wisdom means understanding that "there are no really us".

Before we to understand properly the subject of all that is Anatta. We need to have an understanding of "the ultimate thing" that controlled everything. When we understood the ultimate thing, we shall understand that how the ultimate thing created all things, especial our body and mind up? And understand that why everything is not really self?

สงสงสด คอ สงทมอำานาจสงสดทควบคมทกสงทกอยางอย โดยเฉพ�ะควบคมชวตของมนษยเร�อย ดงนนสงสงสดจงเปนสงทมนษยทคนตองเกรงกลวและเชอฟง ถ�ใครปฏบตต�มทสงสงสดกำ�หนดไว สงสงสดกจะมอบร�งวลให อนไดแก คว�มปกต คว�มสข คว�มไมมทกข แตถ�ใครฝ�ฝนหรอไมเชอฟงและปฏบตตรงข�มกบทสงสงสดกำ�หนดไว สงสงสดกจะลงโทษ อนไดแก ปญห� คว�มเดอดรอน คว�มทกข ซงสงสงสดนบ�งศ�สน�จะเรยกว�พระเจ�หรอเทพเจ� แตพทธศ�สน�จะเรยกว� กฎ ซงกคอ กฎสงสดของธรรมชาต หรอ กฎสงสดของจกรวาล โดยกฎนมใจคว�มโดยสรปว�

The ultimate thing is the thing that has ultimate authority that controlled everything, especial controlled live of all human. So the ultimate thing is the thing that human must fear and obey. If who practice follow the regulation of the ultimate thing, the ultimate thing will give reward, namely usual life, happiness, without suffering. But if who resist or disobey and practice opposite, the ultimate

thing will punish him, namely problem, trouble, suffering. Which the ultimate thing of some religion calls god or divinity, but Buddhism call rule, which namely the ultimate rule of nature or the ultimate rule of universe, by the rule summarize:

The word ‘thing’ means the word for call all nature. Which the thing of all nature was concluded 2, namely material and intangibles as opposed to tangibles. By the material namely all the material or objects, including the bodies of human, animals, and plants. As for the intangibles as opposed to tangibles namely, group of mind, example perception, recognition, feeling, imagination. Etc.

The creating is similar to the combine or build or make, only unlike the creating when create is done. ‘Create thing’ – ‘no create thing’When distinguish all thing of nature, it have 2 kinds,

namely ‘create thing’ and ‘no create thing’. Which the ‘create thing’ is everything that must have cause and

factors create for happened. As for the ‘no create thing’ is the thing that have by no cause and factors to create for have, by the ‘no create thing’ there are only emptiness, the rule of nature, and Nippana only. Because these things have always by no happen or disappear, and need not anything for create it maintenance. As for ‘create thing’ there are objects including: light of form, sound, smell, taste, object of body and mind including perception, recognition, feeling, and imagination.

Everything is such that.In conclusion, the ultimate rule to tell us that. When there

is cause, it will there is result, when the cause happen, results so happens, when there is no cause, it will there is no result,, when the cause disappear, the results will disappear, and the result is still to be cause of new result again, means it is cause - result, cause - result, cause - result, push and connect together endlessly like chain. Not only, although only one cause, it will make numerous results, and one result, must come from many cause (Called factors) as well.

This rule shows that, all things that happened in the world and in this universe are associated together totaled, not more may less, not directly may indirectly, because all things that happen, it have many cause and factors for create and push are complex for happen, until we cannot know the chain of all cause and result by details of everything. Which that was not necessary, only we know "Everything which happened, it happen from cause and factors” adequately. Because just as it made us to know the basic truth of all things which to happen, that it is not real self.

ทงหล�ยเปนไป? เปนตน กจะหมดสนไป ซงความรนกจะทำาใหเราเขาใจชวตและโลกอยางถกตองตามทมนเปนจรง รวมทงยงจะทำาใหเราไมเปนคนแบกโลกเอาไวใหหนกเหนอยใจดวยความโงเขลา เพราะไมรความจรงของธรรมชาตทควรรน และยมไดแมจะเกดสงเลวร�ยทสดขนม�ในชวตกต�ม

Conclude that when we understood the cause (add factors) and result which create and push go on, until everything happened follow the ultimate rules of nature. We would understand that every things it is “Such that", because we understood clear that, "because it have these causes, so these results to happened naturally”, and wonder that why this thing is such that? Or why this person is such that? Or why our lives or other people are such this?, or what ordain or control everything are going? Etc, will end. Which this knowledge will makes us understand life and world correct as it really and make we do not carry the world until hard and to be mentally tired by follies, because do not know the truth of nature which should know and smiling even the worst things will happen in life.

๒. ทกขง คอ ลกษณะทตองทน หรอ สภาวะทตองทน๓. อนตตา คอ ลกษณะไมใชตวตนทแทจรง

1. Anijjang means permanence character or cannot maintain as original condition forever.

2. Toogkang means must suffered character or must suffered condition.

3. Anatta means no real self character. ลกษณะ ๓ ประก�รของสงปรงแตงทงหล�ยน เปนสงทเราจะตองใชเหตผล

มาพจารณาอยางละเอยดถถวน เราจงจะเกดความเขาใจในลกษณะ ๓ ประการนไดอยางถกตองตามทเปนจรงของธรรมชาต เพราะลกษณะทง ๓ นเปนธรรมชาตทมความละเอยดและลกซงเปนอยางมาก ซงก�รคดพจ�รณ�น เร�อย�ยดตดในตวหนงสอ เพร�ะถ�ยดตดในตวหนงสอ เร�กอ�จจะไมเข�ใจถงสภ�วะทแทจรงของธรรมช�ตได

The three characters of all ‘create thing’, we need use reason for detailed consideration, then we shall have understanding about the three characters correctly as a true of nature. Because it is natural that there is a very detailed and profound. Which the considering, we do not adhere of the text. Because if we adhere of the text, we may not understand the true condition of nature.

Because the text in the book may have meaning that not met the author try to explain. We must consider in thing actually happens of the body and mind of our own, or of thing which we are really touch at present, by without belief of texts or teachings of others (Even the Buddha), cover our consideration to no freedom. (Means this is a true of nature, but textbooks or teacher may be tell not identify the truth), then we shall have understanding and enlightenment in the three characters of all create thing.

Anatta of the Buddha Word Anatta translates to be not Atta which mean to

be not real self. Means deny that to be Atta as Brahmin’s taught, because when all ‘create thing’ need other things as causes and factors create it happened. So it means the self that happened of causes and factors is not real self, because when found out what is the real self of its own. There are just as real self, but not real only.

The things that happened from creating, we are called ‘supposed-self’ or ‘pretentious-self’ or ‘temporary-self’, because it have not true self, there are just the self which deceive we to mistaken that to be real self (or immortal self), because the final sooner or later, all self must be broken (use for physical), or disappear (use for mental) certainly. But when we speak to others understood, we need call all ‘create thing’ by suppose that self, which in Buddhism means the thing suppose to be self of it (supposed-self), to be not means real self (immortal self) as Brahmanism’ teach, as Mr. A, Mr. B, men, women, fool, clever, dogs, cats, computers, cars, houses, trees, mountains, earth, etc.

Anijjang is not immortal Word Anijjang mean impermanent or non immortal

or non endurance or cannot maintain in original condition forever. By the temporary self which happened of creating of cause and factors are not freedom, because it must depend up on the cause and factors that create it happened. When the cause or the factors are vary, the temporary self would have to be vary accordingly. When the cause or factors of it broken (used for object) or disappear (use for mine), the temporary self would be broken or disappear follow immediately. Which both the causes and factors which created, it need have cause and factors for created it to happened again, means it have creating next and next follow the ultimate rule of nature.

But when our mind have condition that must be suffered very slightly, (Because there is no attachment that there are ‘us–of us’), our mind will feel ‘easy suffering’ happen, which call ‘without suffering’ or Nippana.

This show that, if there is no the body that be alive, it would there is no nervous system, if there is no nervous system, it would there is no perception and if there is no perception, it would there is no mind. Which this show that both perception and mind is ‘create thing’. As for the body, we were understood that it is ‘create thing’ as perception and mind.

To sum up the nature, it there is not real self of who, but the nature have miracle that it can create the mind which able perception-recognition- feeling–imagination to happened. Which when no who teach to understand the true of nature, which we should to know that “it there is not real self of who”, so it misunderstand that there is self up, and attach body and mind including concerned anything that to be self- of self. When has the attachment, then the mind will have suffering. But if the mind have wisdom, precepts and concentration are complete, the mind will leave and no suffering.

As for the matter about death. If it is believed that rebirth after death. Means it is believed that have real self for go to rebirth. But if it is believed that empty after dead, Mean it is believe that there is self before, and the self

disappear after the body was dead already. Which the both belief to be classed as wrong opinion, because teach yet that there is self. As for the teaching of Buddhism teach that “it was empty (means it empty of true self) since yet not dead”. So this opinion is not classed as that ‘rebirth after death’ or ‘empty after dead’. Because Buddhism is not teach that there is self for birth or dead.

The opinion that life and everything is Anatta, it is opinion that there is self yet follow the resolutions of world. But mean temporary self (It is not immortal self as Brahman teaching) which the opinion would make attachment our body and mind, (As suppose for call), and others that real self to diminish, and would make the suffering of the mind will diminish accordingly. But even without "attachment” we have yet "respect" that have us and others with wisdom fully, and to treat about us and others as accurately. Include makes our life without suffering and have most a normal happy.

For Buddhism the word Karma means action with intent, which the intent is Kilese, as for result of Karma call Wibak. Which the teaching about Karma of Buddhism is teaching about subconscious. Which taught that when temporary self (Anatta), act good (such as helping others), it would happen direct good result, namely happiness, delight suddenly, (or may be happened after the act to finish). As for indirect good result is when act good, people will praise or reward, or life prosperity. But if the temporary self act evil (such as hurting others, exploited by others) it would happen direct evil result, namely, unhappiness, or not ease suddenly. (Or may be happened after the act to finish). As for the indirect evil result is when act evil, people will censured or penalty, or being depressed or lost life.

The indirect results are uncertainty because it depends on external factors, such as when act good but on one known, so no one to praise or reward. Or when act evil,

but to cover it up, and on one known, so do not censured, was not penalty. Etc. So we should not interest and the Buddha does not teach about the indirect result. The Buddha teaches only the direct result only. For provide disciple want act good and have wisdom, for to have happiness (Assuming that as heaven) and don’t want act evil, for no have not worry (Assuming that as hell).

Conclude the Karma is subject to action by Kilese that makes attachment that there are us and makes suffering, whether we are good or whether we are evil, means if we are good, it is good Kilese, it will happened us who have delight, which have secret suffering. But if we are evil. It will be a Kilese for evil, It will happened us who have worry, which have open suffering. But if we wish to without all suffering, we must have not Kilese and attachment that there are us only. So it would not have any suffering. Which about Karma and Wibak should not to be interested to study, because it is not beneficial to the study for extinct suffering, and also it makes fasten yet in suffering. So when we start learning about extinct suffering, should not be interested study about the Karma, just we were only understood that the Karma is teaching about subconscious enough.

ปถชน หม�ยถง คนทยงมกเลสหนาแนน และยงไมเหนแจงอรยสจ ๔ ซงต�มธรรมด�แลวคว�มทกขของปถชนนนกมทงอย�งรนแรงและไมรนแรง ซงคว�ม

ทกขของปถชนนนมนกส�ม�รถทจะระงบ หรอดบลงเองอย�งชวคร�วไดต�มธรรมช�ตอยแลว เพยงแตปถชนไมส�ม�รถควบคมใหมนระงบหรอดบลงไดต�มปร�รถน�เท�นน

The noble personOrdinary person means the person who with Kilese

densely and yet not enlightened The 4 Noble Truths. Which usual, the suffering of ordinary person it would be both a serious and not serious. Which the suffering of ordinary person, it can be suspend or extinguish temporarily naturally, just ordinary person uncontrollable suspend or extinguish as wish only.

อรยะชน หรอ พระอรยะ นนจะหม�ยถง บคคลทประเสรฐ ซงบคคลทเปนพระอรยะกคอผทเหนแจงอรยสจ ๔ แลว และมกเลสนอยจนถงไมมเลย ซงพระอรยะนม ๔ ระดบ โดยแตละระดบนนจะส�ม�รถดบทกขไดแตกต�งกนไปต�มก�รฝกฝนของแตละบคคล อนไดแก

Noble person means person who enlighten the Four Noble Truths already and have little Kilese till without completes. Which the Noble person have 4 level, by each level can extinguish suffering follow practice of each person, as follows.

๑. พระโสดาบน คอผทยงเผลอข�ดสต (ลมระลกถงปญญ�) ไดบอยๆ จนทำ�ใหคว�มทกขทร นแรงเกดขนไดบอยๆ แตไมนานกจะมสตรต ว (ระลกถงปญญา) และนพพาน (คอทกขทรนแรงไดดบลง) ในทสด ซงพระโสด�บนนยงมครอบครวได

1. Sodaban is who yet lose sensible (to forget remember wisdom) often, until make severe suffering up, but to become sensible (remember wisdom) soon and Nippana (means the severe suffering disappear) in the end. Which the Sodaban have yet family.

๒. พระสกทาคาม กคอพระโสด�บนทปฏบตม�กขน จนสามารถดบทกขทรนแรงไดทนททกครงทความทกขทรนแรงไดเกดขน คอดบไดเรวกว�พระโสด�บน

2. Skitacami is Sodaban who practice more, until can extinguish severe suffering immediately when the severe suffering happened. Means fasten more Sodaban.

๓. พระอนาคาม กคอพระสกท�ค�มทปฏบตม�กขน จนมสตอยตลอดเวล� และไมมคว�มทกขทรนแรงแลวอย�งถ�วร จะมเพยงความทกขทเบาบางอยบางเทานน ซงพระอน�ค�มนจะไมมครอบครวแลว

4. Onacami is Skitacami who practice more, until was sensible over time. And without severe suffering permanently, just have rare suffering only. Which the Onacami has no family.

๔. พระอรหนต กคอพระอน�ค�มทปฏบตม�กขน จนมสตสมบรณ (คอมตดตอกนอยตลอดเวล�) และคว�มทกขทงหล�ยกไดดบลงอย�งสนทแลวอย�งถ�วร (คอมนพพ�นสงสด หรอสงบเยนอย�งสงสดอย�งถ�วร)

4. Orahun is Onacami who practice more, until was sensible completely. (Means have all time) and all sufferings was extinct completely permanently. (Means have maximum Nippana or maximum cool calm permanently)

สภ�พพนฐ�นของชวตนน จตของปถชนกบจตของพระอรยะ กจะไมมคว�มแตกต�งกนเลย คอมคว�มไมเทยง ตองทนอย และไมใชตวตนของใครจรงเหมอนกนหมด แตจะตางกนตรงทปถชนจะไมสามารถดบทกขของตวเองไดตามทตองการ เพราะไมรจกวธการดบทกขทถกตอง สวนพระอรยบคคลนนท�นส�ม�รถทจะดบทกขของจตใจท�นไดต�มคว�มส�ม�รถของท�น เพร�ะท�นรวธก�รดบทกขทถกตองแลว

The condition basic, the mind of ordinary person and noble person, there would be no difference at all. Namely impermanent, must be suffered and non real self of anyone all the same. But difference that the ordinary people will not be able to extinguish suffering of their own as needed. Because they do not know the correct way to extinguish suffering. As for the noble person, they are able to extinguish suffering of his mind, according to skills. Because they know the correct way to extinguish suffering.

In fact, these noble person no one to attach that himself to be who or what. Because they have enlightened in life that, "there is no real self of who," If any mind have yet attachment that there is oneself is noble person, it means that the mind have yet deep Kilese dominate, he yet not real noble person as suppose. Which all noble person they have important duty, namely help human to without sufferings and help have the world have peace with pure mind, by teach human awake to enlighten life, which result from the duty is calm-cool, or Nippana that the nature to return.

From principles have studied all this. Some people might think that about the escape suffering, and then have effect is cool-calm, this is just too simple or plain, or not exciting or not interested. It would be result anything more than this, as have attained to ‘immortal self’ that have happy and without any suffering eternally, or achieve to be a Magician, or to be a great and have very much respectful people, such as ordinary person, they want to be. But if we are to understand the Anatta correctly, then we will find that "when there is no anything to be true us, so will to want what and for whom?” But although to get, it is "no one to get truly and nothing to get truly". So just the mind without suffering, this was the best or most valuable for the mind that there is no real self.

ถ�มคนม�ถ�มว� เราเกดมาเพออะไร? คนทเข�ใจชวตอย�งถกตองแลวว�มนไมมเร�อยจรงกตอบไมได เพราะแทจรงมนไมมเรามาเกด และถ�มคนม�ถ�มอกว� ตายแลวไปไหน? กตอบไมได เพราะไมมใครตาย มแตสงทถกปรงแตงใหเกดขนและแตกดบหายไปตามธรรมชาตเทานน คว�มเหนว�มเร�ม�เกดและมเร�ต�ยนน เปนคว�มเหนของคนทยงไมเข�ใจถงคว�มจรงสงสดของธรรมช�ตทว� “ทกสงไมมสงใดทจะเปนตวตนของมนจรงๆ”

Human is born for dutyIf someone were to ask: Did we born for what? People

who understand life correctly that there are no true us, would not answer. Because indeed, it's none of us was born. And if someone asked that: Where we go after died? We cannot answer, because no one died, it have just thing was created to happen and broken or disappear away naturally only. The opinion that there are we are born and there are we die. It is the opinion of someone who does not understand the ultimate reality of nature that, "all things there is not really self of it".

When the nature has create temporary self up. How we should follow to get what should have been the most valuable? Means when the nature has created us happened. We just need to follow the rule of nature that is given, that is duty, which the duty is what we must follow, if not follow, we would be suffering. By the duty that we need to follow that is, to practices for without suffering both for body and mind.

The basis factors of the body that need food, water, temperature, fresh air, and clothing, house, medication, exercise, and health care, etc, for create the body remain by painlessly or without suffering. If without these basis factors, the body will have suffering and death. So honest working to get the basis factors for manages body. It is an important duty. If we do not work, it will not have these basis factors. When without these basis factors, the body will have suffering.

But the way to have basis factors sufficiently and has honest trade firmly, we need have a good family, a good society, a nation peaceful and stable, and have pure and complete natural. Thus, duty to care the family, duty to care the social, duty to care nationally, and duty to care natural it is the duty of life too. If we do not practice these duty correctly and completely. It will cause damage to these things. And will happened worse result back to cause our life have trouble up.

When worked and have factors manage body until the body is usually happy. But if the mind is still have

suffering. It's called has not acted the duty to perfection. Because the mind have yet suffering. So the practice to without suffering of the mind. Therefore it is essential for every human being. Or to be duty as important as the act of manage the body. Including the propagating of the doctrine about study and practice for without suffering to human, it is the duty of all us who understand need to practice. For help the good and wise people happen in society and the world plenty. This will help the social peace and the world have peace.

Conclude that a man is born for duty. The duty is highest benefit for all human beings. If we do not perform the duty of the body to be completely correctly. We would be suffering physically. But if we have perform duty of the body to be completely correctly. It will result to be normal happy life and world peace. As for don’t perform duty of the mind, it will result suffering of the mind. But if we perform the duties of the mind to be completely correctly, it have Nippana was result.

Every things of the nature, it is such ordinary of it. Namely it is create up of causes and factors. Thus it is impermanent, vary over time, controllable, the end sooner or later, it must break or disappear, because it without real self of its own. Although the mind which feel that this is us, it is a natural which be unsteady, and no have real self of its own as well.

The mind which did not know the true nature will attach mind own and concerned things that it is self–of self. When the things that attach still follow the mind wanted it to be. This self was yet happy. But when the things that attach change to character that do not want to be. Such as, the body is suffering, the body is old, the body is painful, the body is dying, or loved ones have passed away, or when meet with horrid thing or frightful, or when be disappointed, etc. The self would be sorrow, or suffering severely up suddenly. Which this cause the Buddha taught not to attach anything that to be self–of self. If attach, it would cause mind suffering. If no attach, it will not suffering.

When we studied until have the truly wisdom. The practice it is not difficult. Because we can practice anywhere and anytime when awake. Just we change looking the world at the superficial, to look the truth is profound. Means when we have to live in the world or when we do one's daily tasks, we have consciously (remembered) remember of wisdom (About Anijjang, Toogkan, and Anatta, in everything, especially in body and mind, which suppose call that it is us) with the most intentions. (concentration) and care the mind not cause satisfaction and dissatisfaction with anything in the world all the time. Just as it is to follow the principles extinguish suffering of The 4 Noble Truths of the Buddha correctly.

สงทจะชวดว�ก�รปฏบตของเร�นถกตองแลวกคอ ความทกขไดดบลง (ในกรณทความทกขกำาลงเกดอย) หรอไมม (ในกรณทความทกขยงไมเกด) และนพพานปรากฏ แตถ�ปฏบตแลวคว�มทกขไมดบลง หรอปฏบตแลวคว�มทกขกลบยงเพมขน และนพพ�นไมปร�กฏ กแสดงว� ก�รปฏบตของเร�ผดพล�ด ซงอ�จเกดจ�กก�รไมมศล, หรอไมมสม�ธ, หรอไมมปญญ� ซงวธแกไขกคอ ถาไมมศลกตองตงใจปฏบตศลใหสมบรณ, ถาไมมสมาธ กตองหมนฝกสมาธใหมากเมอมเวลาวาง, และถาไมมปญญา กตองมาตงใจศกษาจนเกดความเขาใจอยางแจงชดในความเปนอนจจง, ทกขง, และอนตตาในทกสง โดยเฉพ�ะในร�งก�ยและจตใจของเร�เอง

What are indicators that our practice is correct, it is the suffering is extinct (case the suffering is happening) or without (case the suffering yet not happen) and Nippana appears, but if we practiced, then the suffering is not extinct, or to increase, and Nippana does not appear, it show that our

practice to err. This may be to err by the lack of precepts, or lack of concentration, or lack of wisdom. Which the method for cure namely, if without precepts, we must be intend practice precepts to completed. If without concentration, we must persevere to train concentration as much when have free time. And if without wisdom, we must study was intended to understand obviously about Anijjang, Toogkung, and Anatta, in everything, especially in our own bodies and minds.

สรปไดว� หลกอรยสจ ๔ ของพระพทธเจานเปนของสากลและเปนหลกทตรงกนหรอเหมอนกนกบหลกวทยาศาสตร ดงนนมนษยทกคนไมวาจะเปนชนชาตใด หรอนบถอศาสนาใด หรอมความเชออยางไรกตาม เมอไดศกษาหลกอรยสจ ๔ นจนเกดความเขาใจอยางถกตองแลว เขากสามารถนำาเอาหลกอรยสจ ๔ นมาปฏบตไดทนทโดยไมตองขนอยกบใคร และไมตองมพธรตองใดๆ ซงผทปฏบตทวไป ถ�ปฏบตไดไมสมบรณ เพร�ะมอปสรรคในก�รประกอบอ�ชพเลยงชวต แลวปร�รถน�จะปฏบตใหม�กขน กตองหลกเรนห�คว�มสงบ เพอทจะไดหมดอปสรรคและมโอก�สปฏบตไดอย�งเตมทตอไป

Concluded that the Four Noble Truths of the Buddha is universal and is principle which coincide or same principle of science. So all human are it any race, or any religion, or have any believed however, When study the Four Noble Truths until understand correctly, they can take principle the Four Noble Truths to practice immediately by without depend on anyone and without any formality. Which who the common practice, if the practice was not complete, because there are obstacles in occupations of life, and wish to practice more, they need to escape seek calmness, for without obstacle and an have opportunity to practice fully next.

สนตภาพเกดขนไดถามนษยเขาใจเรองอนตตา

หลกอนตต�และอรยสจ ๔ น นอกจากจะนำามาใชกำาจดทกขในปจจบนของจตใจมนษยเราไดแลว ยงนำามาใชสรางสนตภาพใหแกโลกไดอกดวย ซงส�เหตทโลกมแตวกฤตก�รณกเปนเพร�ะมนษยถกคว�มโงสงสด (คว�มรผดว�มตวเองอยจรงๆ) ครอบงำ� จงทำ�ใหมนษยเกดคว�มรสกว�มตวเองอยจรง เมอมคว�มรสกว�มตวเองอยจรงกจะทำ�ใหเกดคว�มเข�ใจผดว�มตนเองอยจรง เมอมคว�มเข�ใจผดว�มตนเองอยจรงกจะทำ�ใหเกดคว�มยดถอว�มตวเองขนม�, เมอมคว�มยดถอว�มตวเองกจะทำ�ใหมนษยมคว�มเหนแกตว, และเมอมคว�มเหนแกตวกจะทำ�ใหเกดคว�ม

โลภ (อย�กไดม�เปนของตวเอง) และโกรธ (อย�กทำ�ร�ยผอน), อนสงผลทำ�ใหเกดก�รเบยดเบยนผอน รวมทงก�รเบยดเบยนสตวและป�ไมขนม�อย�งม�กม�ย จนโลกมแตวกฤตก�รณท�งสภ�พแวดลอมและท�งสงคม แลวกทำ�ใหสนตภ�พห�ยไปอย�งเชนในปจจบน

Peace happens if human understand about Anatta.Principle Anatta and the Four Noble Truths, except will

be used to get rid of the current suffering of the human mind already. Also be used to make peace with the world too. Which cause the world have crisis, it is because humans have the most foolish. (Wrong knowledge that there is real self), are overwhelming, so make human feel that there is real self, when have feel that there is real self, so make human misunderstand that there is real self, when have misunderstand that there is real self, so make was attachment that there is self up, when have attachment that there is self up, so make selfishness, and when have selfishness, so make greed. (Want into belong own), and anger (Want to hurting others), thereby causing persecute others, including encroach animals and forest up greatly, until the world have only critical environmental and social, and cause peace disappear as present.

สวนวธสร�งสนตภ�พต�มหลกพทธศ�สน� กทำ�ไดโดยก�รสอนใหมนษยม คว�มเข�ใจในคว�มเปนอนตต�ของชวตอย�งถกตองว� “มนไมไดมตวตนของเราหรอของใครๆอยจรง มแตตวตนชวคราวเทานน ถาใครมายดถอในตวตนชวคราวนวาเปนตนเองจรงๆ กจะทำาใหจตใจเปนทกขและทำาใหชวตเดอดรอน รวมทงทำาใหโลกเกดวกฤตการณ” เมอมนษยเกดคว�มเข�ใจถกตองเชนนกจะทำ�ให คว�มรผดว�มตนเอง“ อยจรง” ห�ยไป แลว “คว�มเข�ใจผดว�มตวเองอยจรง” กจะห�ยต�มไปดวย, แลว “คว�มยดถอว�มตวเอง” กจะลดนอยลง, แลว คว�มเหนแกตว“ ” กจะลดนอยลงต�มดวย, แลวคว�มโลภและโกรธกจะลดนอยลง,

แลวก�รเบยดเบยนผอน รวมทงก�รรบกวนสตวและป�ไมกจะลดนอยลง, แลวกจะทำ�ใหก�รชวยเหลอเพอนมนษย สตว และป�ไมก จะเกดขนม�แทน, เม อก�รเบยดเบยนกนลดนอยลงและมก�รชวยเหลอกนม�กขน วกฤตก�รณต�งๆของโลกกจะลดนอยลง, แลวสนตภ�พกจะเกดขนม�ได

As for the way to peace follow principle of Buddhism is done by teaching the humans to understand about Anatta of life that "there are no true self of who, there are only

temporary self, if who attach the temporary self that, It is true self, it will make the mind have suffering, and make life have trouble, including makes world have crisis”. When the human understood Anatta correctly, it will make "wrong knowledge that there is true self" disappear, then "misunderstand that there is true self" will disappear follow, then "attach that there is self", it will diminish, then "selfishness" will diminish follow, then greed and anger will diminish, and the persecuted others, including encroach animals and forest would be reduced, as well as helping human, animals and forests will occur instead. When persecuted reduced and with the help plenty, the crises of the world will diminish, then peace will happen.

Therefore deposit person interested, help to study about Anatta and the Four Noble Truths or about real extinguish suffering of the Buddha to understand correctly, for walk to independent suffering correctly as well. And if who have opinion that this teaching is useful to human, who are suffering. Was asked to help spread the teachings to men friends, for achieve peace to all life on earth and to give peace to the world, as the spirit of the Buddha as well.
