2. Renovation of Entry Signage and Monuments

There are two entry signs and monuments (1) at the corner of S. Camino del Sol and W. Vista Ridge Drive and (2) at the corner of W. Vista Ridge Drive and S. Tropicana Drive. Prior to June, 2018 the signs read “Inn at San Ignacio”. The letters “Inn at” were removed in the same time period. It is necessary to have the signs read “San Ignacio Villas”. At the same time the monuments can be painted using the approved colors for the community. The process to complete this project would be:

Remove all lettering and deliver to sign vendor. Patch and paint the monument walls Sign Vendor will recoat the existing letters Sign Vendor will produce the letters “Villas” Sign Vendor will install letters

3. Repair and Sealing of Pool/Spa Building Roof

There are areas on the roof that are leaking. The most visible is the ceiling area under the covered roof. Other leaks are into the equipment room, one close to the electrical panel. If these leaks go unabated it will increase the possibility of further damage and could cause damage to equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to (1) remove the solar panels, (2) repair all damaged areas, (3) seal the roof with two coats of an elastomeric sealer and (4) reinstall the solar panels.

Total cost of the above projects $8,300 or $188.64 per lot

The Solicitation for the Special Assessment is for $190 per lot.
