Using the Smart Art Design Tab o Change the color to Accent 2o Smart Art Styles to Cartoon

Animation Tab > Apply Transition > Apply to All Take a screen shot of the slide transition

Open Word > Paste > Change text wrap to square > resize graphic so 2 will fit on a page

7. Animation > Go to Slide 3 – Apply Custom Animation

Select the Graphic Animation Tab > Custom Animation >

Entrance > More Effects > Grow & Turn

Take a screen shot of the animation task pane Using the Word document from step 6 > Paste screenshot > Change text wrap to square > resize so

both screenshots will fit on 1 page

8. Return to the PowerPoint – Title Slide

Insert a new slide after Title Layout BLANK Insert Graphics (Sky, Highway, Truck 1, Truck 2)

Hint: use the Ctrl key to select multiple fileso Reorder Graphics and size to fit slideo Move to appropriate placeso Use Recolor > Set Transparent Color to remove white background from each truck graphic

o Both Truckso Apply Picture Effects > Soft Edges > 2.5 points (this will remove left over white edges)

Resize trucks to fit on over pass Position each truck appropriatly (one on the left and the other on the right)

Add custom animation to each truck Animation tab > Custom Animation > Motion Path

o One truck “drives” to the left the other to the righto Adjust the motion patho Change Start for BOTH trucks to With Previouso Change Speed to Slow

9. Add Word art to the slide Insert Tab > Word Art

12. Add the following information to your POWERPOINT document Change the document properties

Save as PowerPoint – In class Activity

13. Print Your PowerPoint in Handout View Office Button > Print > Print > Print What > Handouts

Handouts > Slides Per Page 6 Okay

14. Save and Close15. Send using DropBox
