Respond to your nonfiction reading by writing one thing you learned and one thing you liked from your text.

4. Read a new non-fiction text. This nonfiction text can be an independent reading book of your choice, or digital text from Freckle. (I posted two articles on the Titanic and one article on Pompeii.) You should read for approximately 20 minutes.

5. Write a short response to your nonfiction reading. Tell me one thing you learned and one thing you liked from your reading. Use complete sentences. Sentence starter: “One thing I learned from my reading is…”
