This film is a science fiction film and it has a 12A certificate. Star Wars III Revenge of the Sith is the concluding part to the first trilogy of the Star Wars saga. This film also leads onto the second trilogy of the saga and this means that a new era is born (in the film)… the birth (or rise) of the common characters and the revelations of who Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine once were. This film is my favourite because it is an example of my favourite on-screen genre. Also, Star Wars has tonnes of special effects which are stunning, for example, the Lightsaber fights and the land and space battles between two epic forces in every single film of Star Wars episodes I-VI (1-6). In my opinion, these special effects are always eye-catching and mostly full of tension. Although, all the fights and battles in Revenge of the Sith are the best out of all of the films put together. To audiences, Star Wars III offers sights of a whole new universe completely different to ours. Out of all these three, a window, a mirror and an escape hatch, I feel that that Star Wars could fit into all of them but most importantly, I think that I ca express this film as a window because we are viewing a future which could or may be possible and we are seeing it happen. This is based on a French film critic Andre Bazin’s statement/theory of film and cinema (see below for more information).

Favourite film H/W

My favourite film is Star Wars episode III Revenge of the Sith. This film is a science fiction film and it has a 12A certificate.

Star Wars III Revenge of the Sith is the concluding part to the first trilogy of the Star Wars saga.
