OFFICE and COMMUNICATION MANAGER— (11/2018)This role is entrusted with the oversight and coordination of Crosstown’s office and congregational communications. The position is 30 – 32 hours / week and requires a high level of relational skill, communication proficiency, and administrative passion.

II. EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. General Duties—
1. Maintain Regularly Scheduled Office Hours (Monday - Friday)2. Communication: Lead, Create and Manage Communication across Print and
Digital Platforms (8-10 hours / week)3. Hospitality: Serve as the “public face” of the congregation in the office4. Administration: Oversee and monitor organizational details so that Crosstown is
able to thrive and grow forward.
B. Specific Duties--1. Communication: create and manage print and digital publications including
weekly bulletin, graphics (Adobe Photoshop, MS Publisher), Website Maintenance (WordPress), Facebook Postings, Google Calendar updates.Thursday is a potential option for this work to be accomplished off site.
2. Hospitality: welcome weekday guests, vendors, and congregation members,Receive and Respond to e-mail correspondence.
3. Administration: Publish weekly bulletin as well as maintain congregational database, documents, office supplies, equipment, Paychex Reports (bimonthly), ProPresenter Worship Software, run background checks, collate Annual Report (January)
4. Attend Staff Meetings: Tuesdays at 9:30 AM5. Attend Crosstown Worship: one Sunday / month (requested)
III. RELATIONSHIPS A. Function as a member of Crosstown’s staff team. B. Report to the Lead Pastor on an ongoing basis. C. Annual Ministry Review: Conducted by Lead Pastor and Church Chair
