MICHELLE WARBURTON Trailing Instructor Michelle has been a member of NASDN since 2013 and training dogs for the past since 2007. She is a member and training officer of Yavapai County Sheriff’s Response Team in Arizona. She is currently working 3 dogs. Two bloodhounds are certified with YCSRT in trailing and one is certified with YCSRT in human remains detection. Michelle is the trainer for YCSRT. Michelle has deployed on numerous missions (30 +) under the auspices of YCSO, which is one of the busiest search counties in Arizona. Michelle serves on local standard committees to improve practices and standards in the field. Michelle has a bachelor’s degree in Education from Prescott College, two graduate degrees from Northern Arizona University in Human Relations and Education Leadership. When Michelle is not working dogs, she works in the field of Education. She is an AKC - CGC evaluator. Michelle has assisted with the coordination of the Prescott, AZ NASDN conference and served as a trailing instructor/evaluator at the Fall 2015 Fall NASDN conference in Nebraska. Michelle works closely with national instructors that believe in Best Practices to provide advanced training to her local team.
