Mrs. Boyd’s March 27 – March 31, 2017 Reading- Disucss the ways authors group information in text Diagraphs / Blends- –Th: three, this, that, etc. -wh: where, whistle, white, etc. Phonics- Compound words, singular and plural Writing- Using complete simple sentences, fiction writing, using a story planner Math- Measurable attributes - compare Social Studies- Maps and globes Science- Basic needs of a plant * Library checkout- Bring library books to school every Monday * Please cut the sight words below and place in provided baggie for home practice. This Week’s Focus *Please log on daily to Imagine Learning for at least 20 minutes. The levels are specific for each student. To log in use your students’ ID# for both the username and password. **Thank you so much for everything you do!!!!** Our field trip to the Houston Zoo is scheduled for Wednesday, March 29, 2017 . Student should wear their yellow field trip shirt, shorts or jeans and tennis shoes please! Wilder will be a closed campus Tuesday March 28 through Friday March 31 for testing.
