MathWe will continue to focus our attention on place value to 1,000. In this unit, students will learn to read, write, and compare numbers to 1,000. Also, in this unit, students will skip count by 5, 10, and 100 to 1,000, put numbers in order, and find patterns with numbers on a Hundreds Chart. The overall goal for this unit is for students to use place value understanding and properties of operations to add and subtract. Please continue to practice those basic addition and subtraction facts at home as well as adding and subtracting with regrouping.
