Science/Technology –Ice lollies

Make your own ice lollies. You can be as fancy or creative as you want. If you don’t have anything to freeze them in stick a lolly stick through the lid of a yoghurt and freeze it. It’s delicious 😊 Or freeze some fruit, frozen grapes are a nice treat too. There are lots of recipes and ideas online. Find your favourite and share it with us.

IDLTrip to the seaside

This week is Summer week! The staff at Leith Primary have created an at home

day trip to the seaside. It is shared on the OLJ, Website and on Twitter. You can

complete it indoors or outdoors. Please share any pictures on Twitter/OLJs – we hope you have fun and can’t wait to see

your photos 😊

Drama In order to help you create your dragon description in this week’s writing task, try to act how being a dragon. You could wear the colours you think your dragon would be. You could use some junk modelling to create wings or a tail. How do you move? How do you sound? How do you act? Use these to help you further with your picture and description.

Expressive Art - Dream HolidaysWhere would you go? What would it look like? What would you pack in your suitcase? Draw a map of your journey from home to your destinationDraw a ticket for yourself and whoever you would take with youDraw a suitcase and show us what you could packDraw a postcard of the destination to send to family at home. Could you create/act out some photos and share on OLJ?

HWBSUMMER HOLIDAY PLAN – Make a list or jar with things you would like to do in the holiday. You can pull one out of the jar if you are feeling bored or needing inspiration. You could make big ones (where you go out and about) and little ones (that you can do at home) Ideas: Make a den, Learn the words to a new songFind an object for each letter in the alphabetGo on a nature hunt look for birds and bugs

Modern Language s J’aime vs Je n’aime pas…./ I like vs I don’t like Look at the following videos of some groceries in French https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLIE6hYGaF0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xoF_FqR4fZ0

Can you make 3 sentences telling 3 types of food you like and 3 that you don’t like?
