3) Letters of undertaking should directly relate to the pending activities and should commit to complete the related tasks. It may comprise all of but not limited to:a. Installation activitiesb. Commissioning activitiesc. Obtaining relevant documents such as material data sheets, Reports etc.d. As built drawings

4) It should be ensured that ONLY the latest / most recent version of the forms as reflected in the portal are used for the submissions. Forms bearing the earlier revisions or those that have been superseded will not be accepted.
