I understand that the International Federation for Choral Music (IFCM) is the co-presenter and Music Education Professional Committee of China Society of Education is the joint-presenter of the 2015 World Youth & Children’s Choir Festival – Hong Kong.

I understand that HKTCA reserves all rights to vary or terminate the offers and programs at any time.

I also understand and agree that Hong Kong Treble Choirs’ Association Limited and the Organizing Committee of 2015 World Youth & Children’s Choir Festival – Hong Kong have the final and absolute rights to amend and decide the distribution of all awards and prizes without giving prior notification. Decisions given by the jury will be final and any breach of the Festival Regulations by any of the group member will lead to disqualification.
