· Lunch in Victoria Square

Facebook:Activities where we can build relationships in the workplace allow us to have more open communication which is vital when people are struggling with their mental health. We are more likely to talk to someone we feel close to in the workplace and that is important with managing challenges.

Having lunch with colleagues helps build connections as well as giving you a break in your day. A proper lunch actually increases productivity, encourages Vitamin D and helps you with the rest of your day.

If you are in the city visit the @MentalHealthCoalitionofSA’s Lunch in the Square from 11am-2pm today and enjoy free Sunny’s Pizza, Juan’s paella or bring your own food and enjoy the sunshine and music.
