About Me

Hello! My name is Hannah Herdin. I was born in Surrey. I lived in Surrey until I was eight. At the age of eight, my family and I moved to South Surrey. I attended Semiahmoo Trails elementary school. I have one brother, Matthew. Matthew is seventeen years old and is in grade 12 here at Semi. Some of my hobbies include skiing, skating and biking. I also can play the piano and the flute.

Growing up here in Surrey has definitely shaped who I am. We are very fortunate to live in such a great part of the world. Growing up here, with my family, I was taught to be determined and work hard. Living in such a fortunate place allows me to help others and to be generous.

In computer studies, I hope to learn more about programs like Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint. In our society, I think it is very important to know how to use computers because we heavily rely on them in day to day life. We use computers at school, at work, and at home so it is important to be comfortable with them. My favorite technology would be cell phones because the make life easier in so many ways. Instead of using a large, obtrusive map, these days we can use google maps and gps. I don’t have a least favorite technology.
