We would like to invite you to the 1st Annual Custer County Activities Department Golf Scramble, Silent Auction, and Dinner (Adults Only) which will be held at the Miles City Town and Country Club on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at noon. All proceeds will go directly to the CCDHS Activities Department. The dinner will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by honorary guest speaker Pete Stanton, Head Football Coach at Dickinson State. Silent Auction items will be available for bidding at the dinner.

The format for the golf tournament will be a 18 hole, 4-person scramble, shotgun start. We will offer flag prizes and a hole in one prize (Yerger Family Dental). All golfers will receive green fees, cart, and range balls. We will do a calcutta auction to sell off all teams entered on Friday, July 20th at 7 pm - MCC Town and Country Club. 25% will be donated to the CCDHS Activities Department. 1st Place - 30%, 2nd place, 20%, 3rd place 15%, and 4th place 10%. Dinner will consist of Brisket, Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese, and Garlic Toast. Beverages include - Lemonade, Coffee, and Water. Dinner will start promptly at 6:00 pm and be followed by guest speaker Mr. Pete Stanton. Mr. Stanton is currently the head football coach at Dickinson State University and is the brother of former legendary Cowboy football coach Dan Stanton. The deadline for registering for this event is Friday, July 13th.

Calcutta Auction Rules:

- Registration will begin at 6:00 pm, Friday, July 20th- All Teams in the Golf Scramble will be auctioned off to the highest bidder- Order of teams will be approved by administration prior to auction- Minimum bid of $25. Any teams failing to generate minimum bid will be owned by CCDHS Activities Department.- %25 of the total purse will be donated to CCDHS Activities.- One spokesperson per bid number, responsible for paying for all bids won- Have fun, you’re donating to a great cause

Yerger Family Dental - Hole In One Sponsor ($1,000)- A hole in one on #8 and #17 will earn you a $1,000 - We would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Chase Yerger for offering this prize. Dr. Yerger will be donating $500 if no one

makes a hole in one.

Hole Prizes- The hole prizes will be donated by the CCDHS Spirit Corner. Each prize will be $50 in CCDHS Athletic Attire and Spirit Wear.
