God has commissioned every believer to share their faith with those who don’t know him (Mark 16:15-16). We have a responsibility to lead people to Christ. UNDERSTANDING THE ENEMY 1. Rebellion In Heaven – Isaiah 14:13-14 Lucifer was a beautiful angel; a minister of music who lead worship into heaven. He rebelled against God. 2. Kicked Out Of Heaven – Isaiah 14:12; Revelation 12:3-4a There could only be one head angel so Lucifer and a third of the angels had to go. WAR FOR SOULS 1. Enemy of God – John 10:10a Lucifer and angels, known to us as Satan and demons were kicked out of heaven. Their only goal was to kill, steal and destroy. 2. Deceiver – Revelation 12:9 Satan and his demons go around deceiving the world. THE LOVE OF GOD 1. Charge for sin – Romans 6:23a Man has sinned against a Holy God 2. The Ultimate Price – John 3:16 Demonstrated his love 3. Payment Made – John 19:30 Jesus gave himself voluntarily 4.
