Introduction: We have our second Raw PPV since the brand split with Hell in a Cell. And although the card on paper doesn't look bad I must say I'm not exactly excited for the show. Monday Night Raw has been a pretty poor show since the brand split and although all three cell matches here look like good ones the TV just hasn't got me excited for the PPV. I'm hoping it will be like Clash of Champions in that the TV leading up to it was poor but the PPV ended up being a very good show. This PPV has the potential to be that, Reigns and Rusev go well together I think so they should have a fairly good cell match, Sasha and Charlotte always have good matches and this one is historic being the first women's cell match and then you'd anticipate Rollins and Owens will have a very good match in the cell too for the Universal Title. The undercard looks fairly solid but they're building this show on a "triple main event" and all

three of those main events should be at least good matches so hopefully WWE outdo themselves again on PPV after another poor-quality build on TV.

Kickoff: Six-Man Tag Team Match: Cedric Alexander, Lince Dorado & Sin Cara vs. Tony Nese, Drew Gulak & Ariya Daivari: On the kickoff show we'll get a six-man tag showcasing the cruiserweights. There's not

really much else to put on this kickoff show so it's good to see they will give these cruiserweights an opportunity to help get themselves familiarised with the audience. Aside from Sin Cara all these guys will be unknowns to the audience if they didn't see the Cruiserweight Classic so there's an opportunity for them here to showcase their skills. Speaking of Sin Cara I feel like he is best served in this division and I'd also add the likes of Kalisto and Neville as well. As for which team wins here I’m going for the face team of Alexander, Sin Cara and Dorado, for me Alexander is the star here and I'd like to see him get noticed in the division.

Bayley vs. Dana Brooke: Bayley goes one on one with Dana Brooke here and this feud has hardly been great. I feel a bit sorry for Bayley as she'll have to sit back and watch Sasha and Charlotte make history inside the cell whilst she's stuck in this feud with Dana. But then again she's only just got to the main roster and needs a bit of breaking in. I'm not really a fan of Dana, I think she's better off just being Charlotte's sidekick and that arm wrestling contest they did on the go-home Raw was pretty lame. But I suppose the way to look at this is it'll be a win on PPV for Bayley because she should be winning this. Dana has already pinned her on TV and then laid her out last Monday so I would expect Bayley to win this and hopefully she'll get a decent match out of Dana.

Chances of Winning:

Enzo Amore & Big Cass vs. Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson: In tag team action we'll get Enzo and Cass taking on Gallows and Anderson here. I find it pretty dumb that they only

started to make an effort with making Gallows and Anderson look strong after they failed to win the tag titles from New Day. For me Gallows and Anderson should definitely be tag champions right now, when you consider what New Day are doing right now, how long they've had the titles and who they're feuding with over the belts at this PPV it just begs the question even more why didn't Gallows and Anderson win them. Their booking of Gallows and Anderson has been poor, they had them attack Enzo and Cass as well as a few other teams to try make them look like a dominant force after the defeats to New Day but they've gone back to having them lose on a regular basis. It's not a bad tag team feud to have going on but it should be over the titles, as for who goes over I think it's got to be Gallows and Anderson. Enzo and Cass have gotten themselves super over with the crowd since debuting but it's Gallows and Anderson who need the win here after the way they've been booked, if they don't get it then there may be no hope for them but it should be a pretty decent tag match.

WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match: T.J. Perkins (c) vs. Brian Kendrick: In a championship rematch from Clash of Champions Perkins defends the Cruiserweight Title against Brian Kendrick. This should be a good match like

their Clash or Champions contest was as well as the match they had on Raw where Kendrick tapped Perkins out. They've put over the idea that Kendrick is desperate as this is his last shot in WWE. It took an interesting turn on the go-home Raw where Kendrick lost to Rich Swann and in a backstage segment Kendrick with tears in his eyes was begging Perkins to let him win this match Sunday. It certainly puts over the idea how desperate Kendrick is and I think it's signalling to a Kendrick win. I could see hesitancy on the part of Perkins costing him after what Kendrick said to him Monday night with Kendrick using a dirty tactic to win the match. It would do really well to further the feud and the story proving Kendrick is so desperate he'll stoop to any low to win the title and Perkins will then chase the title in an attempt to avenge that. So I certainly think this feud has a lot of legs in it yet and I think and hope Kendrick wins here to further this rivalry.

Chances of Winning:

WWE Raw Tag Team Championship Match: The New Day (c) vs. Cesaro & Sheamus: Up next New Day defend their titles against Cesaro and Sheamus. I must say I am not a fan of this,

the match or the story going on between Cesaro and Sheamus. Looking back now having that best of seven series end in a tie and putting them together for a tag title match

is very stupid and makes that whole best of seven pretty pointless now after there wasn't even a definitive winner. They're trying to get Cesaro and Sheamus over as an unlikely duo and you can see they're trying their best to make it work but it seems like a big waste of time to me. New Day are still champions which as I expressed before they shouldn't be and I'd be so annoyed if they drop the titles to Cesaro and Sheamus when they should've been dropping them to Gallows and Anderson last month. Then there's the fact that they gave this match away on the go-home Raw. I absolutely hate when they do that, it's the most lazy booking in the world to think we'll just give them the PPV match early because we can't be bothered to come up with anything else that will build to the match Sunday. They put Cesaro and Sheamus over Sunday so obviously it was designed to plant doubt into New Day and try to prove Cesaro and Sheamus could pull this off but why should I want to see this match now when they gave it to us six days ago on Raw. As for who walks out champions I can see either team pulling it off. It wouldn't surprise me if they gave Cesaro and Sheamus the titles in an attempt to create an unlikely duo out of them but I really hope not because as I said I'm not into this at all. New Day have been champions for too long but even I don't want to see them drop the titles to Cesaro and Sheamus so I'm just going to say New Day win and that will lead to Cesaro and Sheamus blaming one another.

Hell in a Cell Match for the United States Championship: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Rusev: I think the first cell match of the night will be for the US Title with Reigns defending against Rusev. The matches these two have had have been good stuff, I think they've got a good chemistry. So I'm expecting a pretty good cell match here. Unfortunately being inside the cell doesn't make for better than a usual match because the cell is barely utilised anymore. They might throw each other into it a couple of times but it's not going to get majorly violent. You can argue this match doesn't need to be inside the cell and I don't think it has to be but it makes the US Title seem a bigger deal if it's being defended in the cell. With the title being on Reigns and this feud with Rusev being one of the main focus points of Raw the US Championship is in a much position than it was. And I think they'll keep going with Reigns as US Champion, inside Hell in a Cell there's not a lot of room for interference so with that in mind I'd be shocked if Roman didn't retain.

Hell in a Cell Match for the WWE Universal Championship: Kevin Owens (c) vs. Seth Rollins: Inside Hell in a Cell Kevin Owens once again puts the Universal Title on the line

against Seth Rollins. Their match at Clash of Champions was good but I feel like these two are capable of a lot more and hopefully they have the sort of great match they can here. Hopefully they can get pretty inventive with the cell and use it to make the match better. The original plan was a triple threat with Jericho but I can see why they changed it to a one on one inside the cell with Owens and Rollins because it would hurt the credibility of your new world title if you were to put the US and Women's Title matches inside the cell but not this one. I think the build for this has been fine, it's heavily involved Jericho who to be honest has been the star of this feud despite the fact he's not involved in the match but I also think Rollins has taken to the babyface role pretty well. But I can't see him winning the title here, I think Owens should get a longer reign and they should start building to a Rollins and Triple H match. I predicted Triple H to get involved at Clash of Champions but he didn't but I see him getting involved here forcing his way into the cell to interfere and cost Rollins because they need to pick up this story they've got going from the night Owens won the title. So I'm hoping for a better match than Clash of Champions and Triple H to help Owens retain over Rollins.

Hell in a Cell Match for the WWE Raw Women's Championship: Sasha Banks (c) vs. Charlotte: In what I can see being the main event of the show Sasha Banks defends the Raw Women's Title against Charlotte in the first ever women's Hell in a Cell. There has been a lot of talk as to whether or not these girls are going to main event and a part of me thinks they will. I'm not really too bothered who main events, you could argue that the credibility of the Universal Title would be hurt if the Women's Title were to be seen more important than it and go on last but it's been the aim of the women to main event a PPV and it's already a history making match so I can see them going all the way here and putting it on last. This won't be a violent match and honestly I hope it won't be, I wouldn't be entertained watching two ladies have a violent Hell in a Cell and get hurt. I know the women can do whatever the men can do but ask yourself would it honestly be comfortable viewing if we were to see these girls bleed and have their bloody faces grated against the steel? Not for me and I don't think that's wrong of me at all. They'll use the cell as a weapon somewhat but really it shouldn't be any different to the really high standard Sasha and Charlotte match. But I think Sasha for sure is walking out champion, it's in her hometown and it would be a little ridiculous if she lost the title to Charlotte again. So definitely Sasha retains in what should be another great
