Corporate Sector Awards:

Category A. Intelligent Nations Award - Government centric programs

Awards to be given to companies who have created most innovative solution for the Indian Central/ state Government or Statuary bodies.

1. Intelligent Enterprise Award for government centric programs

o Paper on problems, solutions and outcomes for applications created for the government.

o Quantifiable paper on creating technology and digitalizing services to improve production processes, agriculture yields, education, citizen services or any other such services.

o Building solution for purposes of defense, aerospace and other critical sectors using disruptive technologies to support improved process or larger outcomes.

o Creating technology centers and programs to support innovation for Government.

2. Intelligent Enterprise Award for Integrated Government Citizen Experienceo Presentation paper on creating digital integration of multiple Government

services under one umbrella. Unified Services platform for Government services in a sector/ state government/ national program.

o Creating one platform for multiple Government Services for citizens to support Common Service Centers (CSCs) for Citizens.

o Share information on any skilling programs supported successfully in the areas of digital literacy, technology adoption for common services and supporting financial inclusion to support the larger Government agenda of Digital India.

3. Intelligent Enterprise Award for Most innovative application- Developed for Governmento Describe any solution provisioning to develop an application to create

intelligent solutions or digital enterprise or a digital state.o Describe any solution that has created synergies between shared services

and Government’s common application platforms. o Reach and coverage of targeted segment, activity, area that improves

productivity and is quantifiable and measurable.

Category B: For Others

1. Most innovative use of Emerging Digital Technologies in various fieldso Define the project, problem and how it was overcome by the use of these

Technologies.o Results should be quantifiable/ measurable.o Use of these above mentioned technology should be clearly evident.o Best use of these applications in various areas.o Please explain your project methodology.o 12 awards will be given in this category, 3 for each technology (AI, Robotics,

IOT, Blockchain)

2. CSR Contribution to Digital India.o Detailed paper on the CSR activities conducted by the corporate with targeted

social outcomes and achievements of the program.o Digital inclusion activities and results to be presented.o Approach paper on key project where ecosystem was created in the CSR

activity and how it helped to uplift the targeted society.o How the activity improved financial inclusion and improved job opportunities

for all strata of society.

Startup Sector Awards:

In the Startup Sector, the awards will be given in the following categories.

1. Tech Startup of the Year 2019o Should be a Start-up as per Ministry of Commerce and Industry,

Government of India definition:

o Should be registered in India. (need copy of incorporation certificate)o Please explain your solution and how it can help the organizationso Please indicate your/ solutions competitive advantage. Special

consideration for originality.o 12 awards will be given in this category, 3 for each technology (AI,

Robotics, IOT, Blockchain).

2. Best Accelerator Program

Individual Awards:

The individual awards will be presented in the following 2 categories.

1. Tech Leader of the year 2019 (Corporate)o Contribution by the leader in ensuring positive technology impact on

national productivity and adding new services to the industry & citizens. o Leader’s record in supporting and ensuring technology adoption and

digitalization through building both solutions and distribution ecosystem.o Year on Year growth of the organization in new technology areas.o Awards and recognitions received by the leader and team from the

industry, Associations, Government, Partners during the year. o Overall quantifiable or perceived impact created by the leader with their

contribution.

o Number of Customers served with this technologyo Turnover in financial year 2018-19. Company will indicate his total

turnover by selling these solutions only.

2. Best Young Achievers award of the year: (One each to Male & Female achiever)

o Acknowledging the contributions of a person under 30 who is working on these technologies that is changing business as we know it.

o 4 awards will be given in this category, 1 for each technology (AI, Robotics, IOT, Blockchain)

Judges Award of the year 2019

Judges may choose 2 awards in this category that does not fit in any of the above category but is worth mentioning.

Submission Guidelines1. The awards process is open to all registered companies, government organization,

undertakings and Public Sector Organizations.

2. In case of corporate sector, the proof of registration has to be submitted to the company failing under which the company will be disqualified from the competition.

3. In case of Government organizations, undertakings, corporations, Public sector organizations, a letter from the authorized officer, signatory needs to be provided.

4. Nomination in any number categories can be applied but a company can win in only one category.

5. Nomination in each category requires to be filed separately.

6. Submitted proposals will be referred to jury members who will decide on the winners in each category.

7. Please fill all the details carefully as the evaluation will be done on the basis of information provided by you only. There might not be any independent research for this. Incomplete application details will not be entertained and will directly attract disqualification.

8. It is mandatory to be present to collect the award. Date of award shall be announced soon.

9. Organizers have the right to cancel any award/category without giving any reason.

10. Nomination fees once paid will not be refunded.

11. Change of nomination is not allowed but you can apply fresh in any category.

12. Cryptocurrency companies/ exchanges/etc need not apply. If applied the organizers reserve the right to cancel the nomination. No fees refund.

13. Should not have any legal proceeding against the company in India/abroad or against any of its directors/ promoters.

14. The decision of the organizers shall be final and binding. No explanation shall be provided on the winners.

15. Incomplete forms / forms with wrong information will be rejected and fees will not be refunded.

16. ASSOCHAM will not be responsible for loss of money or time on cancellation or delay of the awards due to some unavoidable serious reason.

17. The organizer will maintain all reasonable precautions but it will not be responsible for disclosure of information concerned with the entry in form.
