A WATERMELON is a FRUIT.
The outside is green and the inside is red.
Be careful when eating
Today you will make your own watermelon.
You will need:Paper Plate
Crayons / Markers
Scissors
Color the outside of the paper plate green and the inside red.
Then take a black marker and draw in the seeds. How many seeds will you put?

Take an Ice Cube and put in in a cup. Put it near the window. What do you think will happen to the ice?

We will have to put away our summer clothes and start wearing warmer ones.
A very important piece of clothing we must wear even now is the MASK.
A MASK can keep us safe from the germs outside. Remember friends if you go outside make sure you wear your mask.
MASKS come in all colors and can have really fun designs.
Wearing a MASK is very important. It keeps you safe and it helps keep your friends and family safe too.
When you join our Afternoon Session you will show your friends and teachers your mask and how you wear them.

Tomorrow is a special day. Tomorrow is the last day of our summer sessions and it’s time to say GOODBYE. That means when you go back to school in SEPTEMBER, you will meet new friends and new teachers. Some friends will also go to a new school.
It will be a very exciting time for you. You may feel a little scared but remember how we can calm ourselves. Put your hands on your tummy and take deep breaths.
What are you most excited to see or do in your new class?
