international preeminent leader in hospitality; we offer globally recognized training so you can achieve

the highest recognition for hospitality excellence through professional certification.

This year we have added several full-time study options for those unique individuals who wish to fast-

track their career ambitions in the Hospitality Industry.

HAKUNA BOSS has 2 meanings: The word “Hakuna” is derived from the Swahili language which loosely means “there is no”. Therefore, our goal is to develop individuals who are not dependent on a boss or an outside entity/stimulus to accomplish greatness in life. Apprenticeship training

It is First class Hospitality’s mandate to elevate the Eswatini hospitality and tourism landscape. We understand the uniqueness of each individual and that some may not attain required credits to enter the academic program. We therefore offer Apprenticeship trainings on all programs and upon successful completion graduates will receive Certification from First Class Hospitality.

The training will remain rigorous to First Class Hospitality high standards in order to unlock your hospitality potential, develop your hospitality quotient and set you up to live your professional dream to the fullest.

HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT

PROGRAMS

Diploma in Hospitality management Minimum entry requirement: Form V / matric or an equivalent thereof with credits in English and mathematics.

Mode of Study: Full time (Monday-Friday)

Method of Assessment: Assignments, tests, local and international exams, and internship

Method of Learning: Advanced classroom training and fieldwork

Two intakes per year: March and July

Duration: 36 months

Program description: Learners who complete this program will be equipped with the skills, core abilities and knowledge required in the field of modern Hospitality management. This program aims to unlock hospitality potential, leadership, professionalism, strong management discipline and lay a solid foundation for future career advancement in the hospitality industry.

This qualification will allow students to penetrate the challenging and competitive workplace with confidence based on the required competence and hospitality quotient.

Program content: The Diploma in hospitality is spread out into 14 modules:

Qualifications obtained:

Upon successful completion graduate will obtain:

First Class Hospitality Diploma in Hospitality management American Hotel and Lodging Education Institute Diploma in Hospitality Management

Higher certificate in Hospitality management Minimum entry requirement: Form V or O level, matric

Mode of Study: Full time (Monday-Friday) or Part Time (Saturdays)


Method of Learning: Advanced classroom training, and fieldwork


Duration: 1 full year

Program description

The higher certificate program is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in hospitality basics, with 6 hospitality fundamental courses focusing on Rooms division and Food and Beverage competencies as well as Supervisory skills.

This qualification prepares graduates for an entry-level or supervisory position in hospitality operations.

This qualification develops the hospitality quotient of the students and equips the learner with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive within the Food & Beverage industry.

Program description

This qualification develops the hospitality quotient of the students and equips them with in-depth marketing techniques, skills and knowledge needed to thrive within the competitive hospitality industry.

This course shows how to sell rooms and Food and Beverage services to business, travel agents, and leisure travelers.

Module 374: Revenue Management: Maximizing Revenue in Hospitality Operations

Module 472: Hospitality Sales and Marketing

Module 478: Convention Management and Service

Upon successful completion, graduates will obtain:

First Class Hospitality higher certificate in Sales & Marketing. In addition, students will receive a certificate for each 5 modules, as well as a Certificate of Specialization from the American Hotel and Lodging Education Institute.

Distant learning:

For learners who are unable to attend classes on a full-time capacity and require a more flexible schedule, distant learning with First Class Hospitality is what you need. Study within the comfort of your own home during the week and attend weekend or zoom classes weekly.
