HAKUNA BOSS has 2 meanings: The word “Hakuna” is derived from the Swahili language which loosely means “there is no”. Therefore, our goal is to develop individuals who are not dependent on a boss or an outside entity/stimulus to accomplish greatness in life. Apprenticeship training
It is First class Hospitality’s mandate to elevate the Eswatini hospitality and tourism landscape. We understand the uniqueness of each individual and that some may not attain required credits to enter the academic program. We therefore offer Apprenticeship trainings on all programs and upon successful completion graduates will receive Certification from First Class Hospitality.

Program description: Learners who complete this program will be equipped with the skills, core abilities and knowledge required in the field of modern Hospitality management. This program aims to unlock hospitality potential, leadership, professionalism, strong management discipline and lay a solid foundation for future career advancement in the hospitality industry.
This qualification will allow students to penetrate the challenging and competitive workplace with confidence based on the required competence and hospitality quotient.

The higher certificate program is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in hospitality basics, with 6 hospitality fundamental courses focusing on Rooms division and Food and Beverage competencies as well as Supervisory skills.
This qualification prepares graduates for an entry-level or supervisory position in hospitality operations.

Distant learning:
For learners who are unable to attend classes on a full-time capacity and require a more flexible schedule, distant learning with First Class Hospitality is what you need. Study within the comfort of your own home during the week and attend weekend or zoom classes weekly.
