Wasaga Beach Real Estate UpdateThe 2010 second quarter Georgian Triangle real estate market has shown improvement over the same time last year.

The number of units sold is up by 59, with a total of 599 in the first half of 2010. Listings have also increased over the same time last year, with 1,814

properties for sale, over 1,731 at the same time last year. As far as pricing, there was a marked increase in the number of sales in the $500,000 to $999,999 range, with 50 sales in the first two quarters of this year, as opposed to only 21 sales last year. It's great to take on picnics to complement fresh vegetables such as carrots, peppers and celery or as an appetizer with pita bread or cheese sticks. 

Here’s what you’ll need: 1/3 cup olive oil

2 tsp cumin

4 cups chick peas

1/2 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)

you'll be surprised at how easy it is to make yourself.  When you're done, serve it in a bright bowl and sprinkle some paprika on top.
