This will allow the configurator to bring up the JSP (Java Server Page) based UI. The same UI is also used for the Web Catalog and for the Web Channel (Shop, E-Service, E-Billing ...). Do you have the Java side of CRm up and running? Hi,after setting up the Java parts (as mentioned by Marcus) the Configuration UI needs to be configured.

This is described in the documentation in the solution manager. In the solution manager it can be found here (for other releases accordingly):-> SAP CRM 7.0 -> Basic Settings for SAP CRM-> Product Configuration

For example the following documents are available:- Product Configuration (Link to IMG -> see also IMG documentation)- Extended Configuration Management (general information on XCM)- XCM: Specifics for Internet Pricing and Configurator (describes how to setup the XCM for IPC-UI)

The following customizing needs to be done in IMG (see also thedocumentation of those nodes):

Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> ProductConfiguration -> Define URLs

IMG: Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Product

Configuration -> Define XCM Application Configuration

Hi Jaideep,

If you already done the IPC and XCM Settings properly and still facing the problem then ensure these roles maintained properly. IPC user role for XCM JCO configuration of IPC application , Role for JCO users ,Role for RFC userAdministration User for the SAP J2EE Engine

Without the these roles your XCM will not work.

Hi Priya,

There is no special setting needed for IPC to work in WebUI.

Check the status bar of brower are you getting some java script error if yes then let me know.
