Sharing Resources

Write down your solution on a post-it note If someone else in the group suggests the same

tool put a dot on it – (Add an extra dot for each person who suggests it)

If someone isn’t familiar with the tool you have suggested, spend a few minutes explaining what it is

Pass your scenario (& suggestions) onto the next table



I need to plan a meeting with a group of contacts, they are not based at my organisation. How can I check their availability on a set of given dates?



I want to create a survey – is there something (free) online that can help with this?



I need a crash course in writing publicity emails – can anyone suggest where to start?



Does anyone know where I can find useful templates for creating: Timelines, Managing Time based tasks (Gantt Charts) and To do lists
