Feel free to walk with students through the entire WebQuest (not including Conclusion) prior to beginning the assignment. This should clear up many of your questions as well as questions of students. Feel free to be as creative as you want and be enthusiastic about every aspect of the assignment. Encourage students to ask questions and be as creative as they want when creating their Power Point presentations, newsletters and Excel tables.

Do not feel as though you have to stick entirely to this foundational assignment. You can add to it or take away whatever you wish. You have free reign over the entire assignment because you know your class and their strengths and weaknesses better than anyone.
