Lessons from the Project - I

choice of technical solution can you update the site yourself if not, what is the cost

future of the site who is responsible for updating how to develop it in the long run how the costs are divided

web-site for young people requires continuous development in order to keep it attractive

development requires resources: people and money

Lessons from the Project - II

common interest + common sense = theRaksa.net cost efficient project all parties treated equally no need “to invent your own wheel”

creates the positive image of the industry all parties are committed to the cause

from the web-site into a brand using the name in other joint youth projects
