User Account GuideThis User Account Guide contains the following sections:
Edit your user details (name, email, notifications, phone number)
Update your password
Send your utility a message
Manage your linked accounts (add, delete, and edit)
The “Account” screen is accessible from the top menu bar and is
your central source to managing your Web Portal account.

In the edit account details screen you can ...
Change your first and last name
Update your email address
Alter your notification settings *
Update your phone number
* There are three possible notification settings avaliable to choose from
Disallow Notifications - you will not receive any emails outside of normal web
portal emails
Only Bill Notifications - depending on utility support you will receive an email
notice when your bill is ready to be payed online
All Email Notifications - bill notifications plus general notices from your utility
are included in this option

Update your password ...
If you know your current password and need to update it simply fill
out the form and choose “Update Password”. If you have forgotton your
password and need to reset it use the “Forgot Your Password” option
from the login screen.

Questions for your utility?
Should you have any questions for your utility provider simply use
the provided contact form to have them answered via email. For
emergency concerns it is always best to contact your utility by phone.

Altering existing accounts ...
You may change the “Nickname” of any linked account or remove it
by choosing edit on the appropriate row.
Adding a new account ...
If you wish to manage multiple accounts you can do so by providing
the correct account number and previous reading found on the bill
statement.
