Web Information Manager

• To develop and maintain the architecture and manage the content of SLAC’s central web space. – Create, maintain, and manage top level SLAC home

pages– Provide web users and authors with procedures,

support, and training– Manage SLAC’s AFS and NT web server space

• WWWCC Ad Hoc Committee to Revise Highlighted and Detailed Home Pages– Revision process began February 1997– Implemented August 1998

• Updated Design– Tables with bulleted lists– Minimal descriptive text– New navigational features and buttons– Phonebook search on every page– Professional look and feel
