Communication between teachers and students and among students themselves;
Organizing the work of students in groups - co-discussions, co-projects etc;
Organizing the information and resources search – search engines, multimedia databases etc;
Learning process specific needs - interactive consulting, tasks for self-dependent work, tests, video-conferences within the lectures; and
Integrated system of organizing and carrying out the teaching process – management system created with the use of web-technologies.
flexibility in place of receiving education – possibility to learn partially outside the main university campus;
flexibility of educational programmes - the possibility of choosing certain subject due to previous educational and job experiences;
flexibility of cooperation ways during studies – not all students should work in groups, not all of them should stay together while performing a task;
flexibility in communication forms within the educational subject – students and teachers apart from the conventional and traditional face to face way of communication should have other ways; and
flexibility in choosing the art of studies and methodological materials – extension of the access to information means.

To the problems of the system implementation
Existing stereotype concerning lections and practical works; Complexity of starting using the system. Here the necessity of carrying out
special trainings for the teachers computer illiterate and costs of bringing the courses into the electronic form should be referred;
Complexity of carrying out all the kinds of control except control based on current text; and
Providing the students with the technical conditions for self-dependent work.

To the main advantages
Possibility of bringing various volumes of information to the user; Production and development of self-dependent skills; Bringing the learning process forum static to dynamic, it means the possibility of
quick input of new material and new methodological papers at once for all for all students and the possibility to apply the new approaches to presenting the information;
Principle securing: studying anywhere and any time; and Possibility of extending the system.
