• To study about the medicinal plants available in our locality

and to study about its uses.

• Identifcation and documentation o plant speciesused or the treatment o various diseases andailments in the study area.

To collect these plants and to prepare a herbarium of them, sothat it will be easy for others to identify them.

• To study factors of weather that may influence on the

availability of these plants

• To find out the most useful and cost-effective treatments for

frequently effecting diseases like common cold, cough,

injuries, stomach ache, body ache etc.• To create awareness among the households about the

impending side-effects of frequently using allopathic medicine

like paracetamol, calpol, niacin, and other cough syrups etc
