We welcome you to The Tetley, a contemporary gallery and event space held in the original Tetley Brewery Headquarters, constructed in 1931. Our building is an amazing example of Art Deco architecture and contains features and relics of the past brewery. The flexibility of the venue and surroundings makes The Tetley one of the most impressive venues in the heart of Leeds city centre to host a wedding.

When it comes to planning your special day, our dedicated coordinators are with you every step of this amazing journey! From your initial consultation to the big day itself, attention to detail is everything, we make sure we understand what's important to you, and how you envisage your wedding.

Using our insights and experience to help you make those key decisions, we will do everything we can to turn your own personal ideas into a day to remember forever.

Ceremony We can proudly announce the launch of our Civil Wedding and Partnership Ceremony licence.

Two of our most beautiful and flexible spaces are available for your ceremony. Both rooms are perfect for couples to style themselves and add a personal touch to reflect their unique personalities. The City Workshop can host up to 50 guests for a ceremony, and the South Bank Room can host up to 100 for a ceremony and wedding breakfast.

ReceptionOur South Bank Room is a flexible space perfect for evening celebrations, accommodating up to 150 guests. Friends and family can flow from the event space to our bar and outdoor terrace, allowing the heritage of this industrial venue to impress your guests. Our venue provides alternative spaces throughout our building which you can also secure privately if you wish.

CateringWhether you're looking for a small and intimate reception or a large sit down dinner, we can offer a wide range of options to help create bespoke catering and beverage menus from canapés, dining menus and BBQs to The Tetley's homemade pie and peas! We have a Yorkshire inspired kitchen and can accommodate each wedding's individual tastes, we are open to every suggestions to help create a bespoke celebration for any couple!
