Crown City Pictures, Inc. will be filming scenes for a Major Motion Picture entitled "MAGIC HOUR" in your neighborhood. As a courtesy, this notice is to advise you that the City of Washington, D.C. has given our company permission to film in Georgetown. We understand that we are guests in your neighborhood and we will conduct this activity in a safe, timely, and professional manner. We are working in cooperation with the Metropolitan Police Department, District Department of Transportation and the District of Columbia OCTFME. Any and all questions and concerns will be addressed respectfully in regard to both local business and residential impact. In order to complete our work, we have obtained parking permits through the DD0T. We will be using the parking for production equipment, set dressing materials and period-specific vehicles for our preparation, filming and strike. Please refer to the attached map and its information on the backside of this letter to inform your commute on the applicable dates. Detours will be in effect with the supervision of the Metropolitan Police Department on June 13th, June 14th, and July 1st during filming. The maps also highlight parking restrictions. We understand that we have a large footprint in the area therefore we have taken care to limit our impact by using metered parking spaces only during our prep and wrap days.
