Payroll needn’t be painful Managing your company’s payroll doesn’t have to be difficult. With our payroll, you can make it easy. We’ll take care of your entire payroll process, removing the hassle and freeing-up your time. You’ll have online access to our secure, easy-to-use cloud-based system, with no software to download or keep up to date. All you need to do is upload your payroll data and we’ll take it from there. We can also manage your Auto Enrolment responsibilities as an additional add-on.

We can help with your pension Auto Enrolment needsWe can set up your payroll service to match the requirements of your registered company pension scheme, so you’ll be able to:

• Calculate employer and employee deductions based on company pension rules (Percentage or Fixed Deduction based schemes)

• Run a pension report showing employee, employer and total deductions

Auto Enrolment: new legislation that impacts your businessThe workplace pensions law has changed. All businesses must now automatically enrol their employees into a workplace pension scheme and make a minimum contribution towards it.

Automatic enrolment applies to all employees who are:

• Aged over 22

• Under the state pension age

• Working in the UK

• Earning over £10,000 a year

Failure to comply can lead to penalties and fines potentially totalling thousands of pounds.

Auto Enrolment servicesFor an additional charge, we can configure your payroll software to conform to your Auto Enrolment registered pension scheme. This will give you access to an enhanced service and additional reporting to help support your Auto Enrolment needs.

So, for example, you’ll be able to set up your pension scheme in payroll, enrol eligible employees into your chosen scheme, provide default contributions and process opt-outs.

Your responsibilitiesIt should be noted that to fully comply with Auto Enrolment, you’ll retain the following responsibilities:

• Choosing a pension provider

• Registering with the Pensions Regulator

• Communicating to all employees

• Sending a pension file to the Regulator

• Maintaining pension records
