EMPOWER A CHILD IN KENYA by sponsoring a Seeds of Joy child. Your one time or $30/month recurring gift provides students with their education, medical care, housing and food. For more details, email [email protected]. CARE FOR OUR HOMELESS NEIGHBORS by donating new blankets and socks to keep them warm during the cold winter nights. Drop off in the donation bin outside the church reception office from December 1-20, OR have them available in your car to give away to a homeless individual as the Spirit leads you. WRITE YOUR FAVORITE BIBLE VERSE on a notecard to encourage those in recovery programs through NorthEast of the Well. Bible verse cards can be dropped off at the church reception office between December 1-30. SHOW YOUR APPRECIATION FOR OUR FIRST RESPONDERS. This season more than ever, our fireman, hospital employees, and police have been working overtime. Send them notes of encouragement and let them know you’re praying for them. BRIGHTEN THE CHRISTMAS of a KidWorks child in need by donating a $25 gift card to Target or Walmart. Drop off your gift cards in the donation box outside the church reception office December 1-9. REVEAL THE WONDER OF ADVENT by sharing the story of Christmas with someone you love (Luke 2:1-20). Take turns reading while enjoying a cup of cocoa (and don’t forget the marshmallows).
