The telescopic cover is a comfortable solution for those who like to keep the swimming pool area protected, covered and heated.
However, it is still difficult to find an architectural balance between this piece and the rest of the building architecture. The BARE TO SWIM was born to answer that desire. It is a fully automated solution that completely removes the cover, saving it in a technical area. under the ground.
A cobertura telescópica é uma solução confortável para quem gosta de manter a área da piscina protegida, coberta e aquecida.
No entanto, é ainda difícil encontrar um equilíbrio arquitetónico entre esta peça e a restante arquitetura do edifício. A BARE TO SWIM nasceu para responder a este desejo. É uma solução totalmente automatizada, que remove por completo a cobertura, guardando a mesma numa área técnica debaixo de terra.

The BEHIND® system DOWN TO SWIM, it’s a barrier which increases the security of the pool area.
Consiste num sistema automático que eleva uma vedação física à altura regulamentar de 1100mm, que poderá ser construída em diferentes materiais. Neste caso específico o material de eleição foi o vidro laminado de forma a preservar a transparência e o minimalismo da solução. Este sistema privilegia as envolventes de piscina com geometria ortogonal.
It consists in an automat ed system that raises a physical fence to the standard height of 1100mm , this fence can be constructed. In this particular case the selected material was laminated glass in order to preserve the transparency and the minimalism of the solution.
O sistema DOWN TO SWIM da BEHIND® é uma barreira de segurança automatizada para a área da piscina, que confere a esta uma maior segurança.

Enquanto poética artística, a instalação permite uma grande possibilidade de suportes. A obra contempo-rânea é volátil, efêmera, absorve e constrói o espaço à sua volta, ao mesmo tempo, que o desconstrói. AM EXPERIENCE convidou a BEHIND® a insta-lar esta árvore de natal na fachada de um edifício icónico da capital portuguesa, os Armazéns do Chiado. O ecrã instalado na sua base transmitia a imagem em tempo real de diferentes utilizadores do edifício, por cada abraço que a televisão transmitisse, toda a iluminação realizava uma coreografia aleatória e uma doação era feita a uma instituição de caridade.
A desconstrução de espaços, de conceitos e ideias está dentro das práxis artísticas da qual a Instalação se apropria para se afirmar enquanto obra.
As artistic poetics, the installation allows a great possibility of supports. The contemporary work is volatile, ephemeral, it absorbs and builds the space around it, at the same time, that deconstructs it. The deconstruction of spaces, concepts and ideas is within the artistic praxis of which the Installation appropriates to assert itself as a work.
AM EXPERIENCE invited BEHIND® to install this Christmas Tree on the façade of an iconic building in the Portuguese capital, Armazéns do Chiado. The screen installed on its base conveyed the real-time image of different users of the building, for every hug the television broadcast, all the lighting of the facility performed a random choreography and a donation was made to a charity.

This art installation it’s the result of the first collaboration between our company BEHIND and the artist Leonel Moura.
Born on December 26, 1948 in Lisbon, Portugal, Leonel Moura is a conceptual artist whose work shifted in the late 1990’s from photo based work to Artificial Intelli-gence and Robotic art.
Since then he has produced several Painting Robots and the Robotarium, a zoo for robots. RAP (Robotic Action Painter) (2006) a robot that makes drawings based on emergence and stigmergy, decides when the work is ready, and signs it, is displayed as a permanent installation at the American Museum of Natural History in New York. Other works include interactive installations, swarm paintings and sculptures and the adaptation of the play R.U.R. (Rossum’s Universal Ro-bots) from Karel Capek, with 3 robots performing aside 3 human actors, premiered in São Paulo in 2010.
Esta instalação artística é o resultado da primeira colaboração entre a nossa empresa BEHIND e o artista Leonel Moura.
Nascido em 26 de dezembro de 1948 em Lisboa, Portugal, Leonel Moura é um artista conceptual cujo a obra tem estado em mutação desde o final dos anos 90. O seu trabalho abrange o âmbito fotográfico até a Inteligência Artificial e a Arte Robótica.
Autor de vários Robôs de Pintura e o Robotarium, um “ jardim zoológico” para robôs. Um dos seus ro-bots o RAP (Robotic Action Painter) (2006), é um robô que desenha baseados com base em emergências e estigmas, decidindo de forma autónoma o momento em que o trabalho está pronto e o assina, esta insta-lação faz parte da exposição permanente do Museu Americano de História Natural em Nova York. Outros trabalhos incluem instalações interativas, pinturas e esculturas por “enxame” passando pelo teatro com a adaptação da peça R.U.R. ((Rossum’s Universal Robots) de Karel Capek, onde 3 robôs representam em colaboração com 3 atores humanos.

They were made robust and smart as they will perform continuously for 3 months. I have also favor the performance elements, such as walk, led co-lor lights and sounds, as well as an easy assistance. Each robot detects its own color (blue, red or green) and reacts to it. To start the process they make some initial lines if color is not found for a certain period of time. This means that when the canvas starts to be filled with color the random behavior stops. In such a fashion small groups of robots from 4 to 9 can gene-rate unique paintings based on emergent behavior and stigmergy.
The exhibition “Artists&Robots” was curated by the Parisian Réunion des Musées Nationaux –Grand Palais and it will take place at the New Art Center of Astana. It opened the 10 of June.
Robustos e inteligentes, estes robots vão estar a fun-cionar em continuo durante 3 meses. Foram também priviligiados os aspectos que materializam o desempe-nho performativo: como o andar, as luzes de diferentes cores e sons, bem como a facilidade de assistência. Cada robô detecta sua própria cor (azul, verme-lho ou verde) reagindo. Para iniciar o proces-so, eles fazem algumas linhas iniciais se a cor não for encontrada durante um certo período de tempo. Isso significa que quando a tela começa a ser preenchida com a cor, o comportamento alea-tório pára. De tal forma, pequenos grupos de robôs de 4 a 9 podem gerar pinturas únicas com base em comportamentos emergentes e estigmergentes. A exposição “Artistas e Robôs” foi organizada pela Parision Réunion des Musées Nationaux – Grand Palais e terá lugar no New Art Center of Astana.
A data da inauguração desta exposição foi a 10 de Junho de 2017.
