It is necessary for PSMB to intervene and to identify different approach so that the HRDF could be utilised more effective and efficiently as well as in support to the Government national agenda.

PSMB will conduct verification visit to training premise to check on the compliance with the implementation guidelines set by PSMB and to verify trainee’s attendance. During the verification visit by PSMB’s officers, all parties must give their fullest cooperation.
Actions shall be taken to whom did not comply with the guideline. Show cause letter or warning letter will be issued to the associations who did not comply with this guideline. Training providers will be blacklisted if the show cause letter or warning letter has been issued by HRDF more than three (3) times.

PROCEDURES TO SUBMIT TRAINEES APPLICATION
BY EMPLOYERS ASSOCIATION/APPOINTED TRAINING
PROVIDER
• Employers Association/Appointed Training Provider are required to submit in
trainees application at least seven (7) working days before the commencement of training.
• Employers Association/Employer required to keep the hardcopy of the application forms and supporting documents for inspection purposes.
1) Unemployed graduates submit Application Forms to Employers

2) Employers Association/Appointed Training Provider compile all information
of trainee and attached with relevant supporting documents and key in the

Employers' Associations/Appointed Training
Provider must facilitate trainees to obtain high-
value job at the HRDF registered employers upon
completion of the programme as follows:
Diploma holder : RM2,000 including fixed
allowances
Degree holder : RM3,000 including fixed
allowances
Employers’ Associations/Appointed Training
Provider are not allowed to hire trainees and need
to ensure that job placement must be at HRDF
registered employers.

INSPECTION VISIT
PSMB will conduct verification visit to training premise to check on the compliance with the implementation guidelines set by PSMB and to verify trainee’s attendance. During the verification visit by PSMB’s officers, all parties must give their fullest cooperation.
Actions shall be taken to whom did not comply with the guideline. Show cause letter or warning letter will be issued to the associations who did not comply with this guideline. Employers’ associations/appointed training provider will be blacklisted if the show cause letter or warning letter has been issued by HRDF more than three (3) times.
