Sulima

Where is Sulima and Pujehun District. SulimaisatownintheextremesoutheastofSierraLeone,lyingatthemouthoftheMoaRiver.Originallyatradingpostinthenineteenthcentury,ithasalargepopulationofrefugeesfromLiberia.Themaineconomicactivitiesincludefishing,rice-growing,oilpalmplantationsanddiamondandgoldmining.PujehunDistrictislocatedatthesoutheastcornerofSierraLeoneborderingAtlanticOceaninthesouthwestandtheLiberiatothesoutheast.Theclimateistropical,withawetanddryseasons.Atthe2004censusthepopulationofPujehundistrictwas234,234theestimatedpopulationin2010was276,970.ThedistricthasoneofthelowestpopulationdensitiesofSierraLeone,withmostpeoplelivinginvillagesoflessthan2000residents.
