The aim of the test is to acquire the coverage data by the single base
station, cluster and the whole network as related to service on CS,
PS. Including signal strength indicator Ec, signal quality instruction
Ec/Io, service establish success rate, handover success rate,, call
drop rate, UL/DL average throughput rate, service establish delay and
so on, all of them are used to investigate the signal quality which is
covering network. Thus testing if the single station work is normal or
not, investigate the worse regional of performance in the network,
such as hardware issue, pilot pollution, cell level or system parameter
issue.

CQT :call quality test it is a fixed-point test, the main purpose is acquisition of data for the indoor
and outdoor, where is the signal quality, service establish, maintain and so on.
the aim of the test is to confirm if local signal quality is good or not, the
performance of service establishing and maintaining, it used to research the
issue on the network, especially optimized network issue in indoor and
outdoor, interference, wireless communication environment issue such as
complex and so on. The survey key is radio link signal quality, multipath
effect, service establish performance, cell level throughput rate and so on, but
it is also important to survey the performance of handover, and the Signal leak

Pilot Pollution Analysis
Receive signal are similar strong or weak, but there are no main pilot cell 。
Receive signal It is usually having a enough good pilot signal, but all of them are having weak Ec/Io .
Most of the equipment support 3 maximum number active set on WCDMA, if the similarity Ec/Io number is more than 3, so it is as to be a interference for three active set.
Reason: overshooting, distribute the site on circle, street effect, strong reflection and so on, these are result of signal distortion

make a main pilot service cell, and obtain a stronger signal than other neighbour

Missing Neighbour
Neighbours are likely to join in active set of cells, its is possible to make a reselection or handover with other cells,
When the phone is stay in DCH state, it will send the neighbour information by the RNC of managing measure, it is managing mobile phone to measure all of receiving neighbour signal, if it is missing nieghbour, it will result in drop call due to handover failure.
When the mobile phone stays in idle and FACH state, the phone must obtain the neighbour information from system message, and measure the neighbour which meet the requirements, if it is missing nieghbour, it will result in reselecting not in time or call setup failure;
