There are a lot of ways a teacher is expected to teach; and then there are certain ways in which a teacher is not expected to teach, too.
Let us get to know some of the ways a Teacher should NOT Teach, here.
A Teacher should not Teach without Asking Students Questions along the Way.
o “Have you understood what has been taught in my previous class?”
o “Are you following this lesson well?”o “Any doubt anywhere?”and questions related to the lesson currently being taught in class.This keeps the students involved, interested, and gives the teacher a clear indication of how effective his/her teaching is proving to be.Not asking such questions can give the teacher no idea how the students are imbibing his/her classes.
It is very vital for a teacher to ask students questions like

Be it a lesson in English Grammar or Math, a teacher should not teach without giving necessary and relevant examples that can help the students to relate to the knowledge they are receiving, better.Finding suitable examples can seem difficult at times, but therein can also lie the challenge for, and expertise of a teacher.
A Teacher should not Ask Students to Memorize matter
without Explaining itMemorizing matter without understanding it cannot help a student much, and a teacher should not advise or encourage it.
In every single case, it is expected of a teacher to explain a matter before students are asked to memorize the same, so that they know, thoroughly, what they are learning up.
A Teacher should not give Students all the Answers,
alwaysYes, a teacher is there to teach; but a teacher needs to teach students how to seek and find answers, too.
If students know that they can get all the answers that they need the moment they ask their teacher, they can stop looking for and finding answers themselves.
Depending on the teacher or others for answers can be detrimental to a student’s development.
No matter how qualified and successful a teacher is, s/he should never stop trying to be a better teacher.
A little change in teaching style, and an upgradation of skills can benefit students and the teacher equally, and immensely.
