Key points:• A pressurized Water system.• 17 months to complete the design.• 50,000 LF (about 9½ miles) of 

Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP).• 835 Water service taps to homes & 

businesses.• 85 Fire Hydrants.• More than 175,000 SF of 

Pavement Trenching• CMAR construction in lieu of Low 

Bid process.
