LED Platform
Light source adopts high quality imported LED, precise constant current source drives LED, light transmits through the cuvette, and received by the photoelectric detector, using lambert beer's law to measure the concentration of the substance.

Full Spectrum Colorimetric
Platform
Using xenon lamp as light source, which transmits through the colorimeter cell, been detected by the other side of the spectrometer. Spectrometer obtains continuous spectrum from 200 nm to 800 nm bybeam splitter , then using the needed wavelengths, calculates the concentration of the substance based on Lambert. Beer's law.
(1 ) There a re severa l wave leng th po in t s to rea l i ze measurement, turbidity compensation, color saturation compensation and the reagent blank compensation. Suitable for analysis of heavy metal such as total lead, total manganese, total zinc, etc.(2) Unit absorbance of spectrometer is much bigger than that of LED, so detection limit can be lower.(3)Can get partial uv light (200 nm), while normally LED can't get this kind of wavelength.(4)Xenon lamp emits a continuous spectrum, so one device can measure multiple parameters.

Anodic Dissolution Platform
Under certain conditions, after electrolytic solution for a certain time, the metal ion deposits on the electrode. Then reversely apply voltage until reaching the oxidation voltage, the metal concentrated on the electrode dissolves out. Measuring according to the electrochemical dissolution curve.
(1) Can detect PPB level of metal content, suitable for heavy metals detection of pollution exits and surface water. ( 2 ) T h e r e a r e m u l t i - p a r a m e t e r s i n t e g r a t e d machine(can simultaneously measure various heavy metals).

Colorimetric Platform
Light source adopts imported mercury lamp, which is driven by high voltage power supply. The light transmits through the cuvette (mercury vapor f l o w s t h r o u g h c u v e t t e ) a n d r e c e i v e d b y photoelectric detector, using lambert beer's law to measure the concentration of mercury vapor.
(1)Separate the mercury from water samples to avoid interference of ions, turbidity, chromaticity, etc. (2) Using mercury lamp to measure, it has big absorbance, and improves the detectionlimit.

Electrode Method Platform
It is a kind of electrochemical sensors which use membrane potential to measure activity or concentration of ions in the solution. When it contacts with solution which containing ions under test, on phase interface of the sensitive membrane and solution, it produces membrane potential relative to the ion activity.

Wdet - 5000 ammonia-nitrogen water quality online automatic analyzer (salicylic acid
method) based on the salicylic acid spectrophotometric method. In alkaline medium, the
ammonia nitrogen in water samples oxidizes into chloramine by hypochlorite oxidation.
Under the effect of catalyst, it reacts with salicylate to form compounds which have
characteristic absorption at 697 nm. Ammonia nitrogen content in water samples is
calculated by measuring the absorbance of the compounds.

Total Phosphorus Water Quality Online Automatic AnalyzerWDet-5000
Under neutral conditions, the sample is digested by potassium
phosphorus converting all of phosphorus into orthophosphate. Then
under acidic conditions, orthophosphate reacts with molybdate and
oxygen antimony potassium tartrate, generating phosphomolybdic acid
that is reduced by ascorbic acid to form blue complex. The amount of
blue complex is proportional to orthophosphate. Measurement by
colorimetric method gets total phosphorus content ultimately.

Under more than 60℃ in aqueous solution, potassium persulfate can be
completely decomposed into potassium bisulfate and atomic oxygen, and
at 120℃~ 124℃ conditions, the atomic oxygen can make the nitrogen of
nitrogen compound in water samples element oxidize to nitrate,
andorganic matter are also oxidized and decomposed simultaneously. The

Extractive UV water quality analyzer uses full spectrum measurement technique which is the same as immersion water

absorbance information of full range (it builds a mathematic model of the
spectral data and the COD value, and by using the model extrapolation
ability, according to the absorbance value of unknown samples, it reversely
calculates the COD value of water sample.)

MDet-6000XAnodic Stripping Heavy Metal Water Quality Online Analyzer
Analyzer uses electrochemical anodic stripping voltammetry which is
ranked by the US EPA of authority as a standard test method. Stripping
voltammetry is also called reverse stripping polarography, which make
the material be electrolytic a certain amount of time under the ion
polarographic analysis of limiting current potential test. Then change
the electrode potential, make the material gathered on the electrode to
be dissolved. According to the given volt-ampere curve in the
dissolution process for quantitative analysis.
(1) Before testing, the instruments automatically extract the fresh sample to clean sample pipe, metrology pipe and
measurement pool, to ensure that the sample is representative.
(2) The instrument uses the new peristaltic pump technology to sample. Pump pipe does not directly contact with
samples and reagents. The volume of the sample is controlled by an optical measurement system.
(3) Same as sample injection, reagent (buffer, electrolyte, etc.) is absorbed by peristaltic pump. Inhaled volume is
controlled by the optical measurement system. Reagent and water are mixed through the form of the bubble.
(4) Placing a constant voltage on the working electrode, the ion under test restores and dissolves out on the work elec-
trode surface. Then reversely apply a linear change scanning voltage. Metal elemental dissolves on the working elec-
trode, in the electrode circuit it produces characteristic current which feeds back ion concentration in the solution.
(5) Analyzer can use the built-in calibration standard solution and cleaning solution automatically for equipment
calibration and cleaning according to preset cycle.

Analyzer uses anodic stripping voltammetry to detect heavy metals, it has features of low detection limit (up to PPB
level), high precision, stable performance, easy to carry, especially suitable for field operation. Widely used in
monitoring heavy metal content in the water of soil, food, solid material, drinking water, surface water, beverage, water
environment, seawater, industrial waste water.
Typically anodic stripping heavy metal detection process basically includes two steps:
(1)Use oxidant to decompose and convert metals contained in water samples into ions, then under constant potential
which is more negative than its peak potential, digestion solution pre-electrolyzes and gathers on the working electrode
for a certain time.
(2)Scan potential in the direction from negative to positive, make the material
enriched on the electrode oxidation dissolved. And record its dissolution map,
according to the stripping peak potentials to determine the composition of the
material being tested. According to the stripping peak current, the content of
material is measured.
Electrolytic reduction is slow accumulation, dissolution is quickly released, at
the time of dissolution, Faraday current as a signal increases greatly, so that the

WDet-5000 COD/ammonia nitrogen/TP Integration water quality analyzer is a new kind of automatic on-line analyzer
used for simultaneously measuring ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and chemical oxygen demand (UV method) in the
water. Using the latest photoelectric measurement, UV-VIS spectral measurement techniques, it has features of accurate
measurement, high integration, low detection limit, high reliability, strong adaptability, etc. Instrument reagent can be
self-configured in accordance with the relevant national standard.
COD measurement uses the weighted multiwavelength absorbance assay WMW (Weighted
Wavelength absorptiometry) to improve the shortcomings of the UV method analyzer. In
detection of five typical UV absorption spectra of the organic matter between 243 nm to 290 nm,
according to the UV absorbance information of all band, it builds a mathematic model of the
