• Traditional historical building built 150 years ago• More than 2500 employees.• Having 6 floors and each floor has more than 100

rooms.• ~ two windows and one door per room.

• Old windows and doors waste a lot of energy• Have to use fuel for conditioning system which causes

air pollution• Heating and cooling problems with air condition

system• Because of the fuel the buildings font is going to be

destroyed
