Plastic
We must start at home
Plastic containers have color yellow
Track with the same color exports it…
… To the aftersorting service, when the people sorting waste by the color of the waste
What can we recycle?• Foil, plastic bags, bags…• PET bottles, packages of washing, cleaning,
cosmetic products• Yoghurt cups• CD packages and lot of them…
And what can’t we?• Fatty packages with food debris or debris of
cleaning products• Corrosive and paint packages• Floor coverings…
Glass
We must start at home again
In this time, we must use green container! Waste of glass is exported
by green trucks
To aftersorting service again
What can we recycle?• Wine bottles and bottles of oils (but only glass
bottels!!)• Colorful glass• Glass panes of the windows and doors
And what can’t we?• Ceramics, porcelain• Car glass, mirrors• Wired glass, gilded glass, coated glass• And what about glass backed?? We should take it back to the shop, because
we get a money!!
Paper
We collect paper at home
Paper container is blue
The tracks have color blue too.
Than, the paper is recycled and pressed
What can we recycle?• Magazines, news, notebooks, books• Paper backages, everything without millboard• Paperclip don’t matter!
And what can’t we?• Volumes of books (we can take them into the
collection points)• Angular, fatty paper• Used nappies!!
BIO!Special containers are for BIO waste too, every eggs shells or grass are in brown container!

• 565 569 tons of waste was sorted in 2009• 6 927 098 people in the Czech Republic sorts
waste. (2/3 population of the Czech Republic)• Probably 38,94 kg is yield for person/per year
