ling Steel Company yesterday morningWilliam Burdine Jr of 7W D streetnorthwest discovered the body of Fred-erick M Stewart twentythree years oldof 617 Virginia avenue southeast who wasdrowned by tho sinking of a bateau overloaded with pig Iron in the storm Wed-nesday when Richard Lngley andAlexander Coghill also met their death
Tho bodies of Langley and Coghill werefound Friday morning the discovery being the first knowledge received by thepolice of the tragedy The three menhired the bateau loaded it with iron andstarted to take it to Alexandria Thewater was so rough opposite GiecboroPoint that the boat filled and sank It Issupposed Stewart started to swim acrossthe river but became exhausted and gaveup the struggle after going few hun-dred yards
